I went to Rozanna for scalp micropigmentation (SMP), and unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the results. The front of my scalp was done somewhat better, but the back of my head was done very poorly. There was a large area that was completely missed, and instead of creating natural-looking, small individual dots throughout the scalp, the work looked like large, uneven dots. Some of the dots were also indented and did not have a clean, consistent circular appearance.I later went to another SMP provider for a second opinion, and they pointed out the areas that had been missed and the poor quality of the work. I was extremely disappointed because SMP is supposed to look natural and replicate the appearance of hair follicles, but my results did not meet that standard.Based on my experience, I would not recommend getting SMP done here. I strongly suggest doing thorough research and looking at the artist's previous work before choosing someone for such a permanent procedure.
