And…once again…they did it!!! From beginning to end, the many services offered were sooo focused and relaxing. On this particular occasion I had CO2 facial and could feel the difference immediately in my skin. I was listened to exactly what I needed and they delivered!!!! I had previously shared how I am concerned about some hyperpigmentation and fine lines and now my skin feels amazingly smooth and glowing!!! Andrea definitely carefully knows how to target areas that need extra care. Every single time I visit them it is such a wonderful experience!!! Lov Med Spa is professional and peaceful, and I felt genuinely cared for from beginning to end to each one of my sessions as they offer many different services, all of them being top notch. With this, I have to add the whole staff is attentive and super respectful, friendly and professional at the same time. You can tell they value customer comfort and privacy. Also, they have a super easy booking process, got a reminder text and email and didn’t have to wait when I arrived, as you can fill out your medical forms ahead of time. The scheduling was quick and simple, being a flight attendant, they even worked around my hectic schedule without any issues, they were very accommodating, which I appreciate greatly! This was NOT my first time visiting and most definitely will NOT be my last!! :)

I recently visited the new location in Farmington CT and received 40 units of Botox in my forehead and glabella ( elevens). I've been receiving 30 units the previous 12 yrs with the same injector with phenomenal results but unfortunately she retired. I tried Lov Med Spa and was ABSOLUTLEY MORTIFIED at my results. Contacted them 5 days after the treatment due to swelling and discomfort and continued sending vids and pics right up to 30 days after treatment. I have FULL MOVEMENT of my Glabella and I still have swelling near my inner right eyebrow. I look completely untreated and I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND LOV MED SPA TO ANYONE. Today I had a consult at another highly recommended spa very close to me and after them looking at the work done at Lov med spa they refused to treat me or attempt any correction until this botched Botox job dissipates. I looked awful for not only Thanksgiving but now have to go through the Christmas holiday and New Year's looking my worst. AWFUL EXPERIENCE!
