I had called Cox Roofing this past Monday, 8/3/26, regarding a leak in our roof after very heavy rains. Production manager, Jesus Julio, had come out to inspect the roof. He had checked not only the leak, but the entire roof, and gave us an honest, and very reasonable estimate. Once all the paperwork was signed, he and his crew were out here early this morning and and were done within an hour and a half. He and his crew were exceptional, hard working, knowledgeable, and explained what they were doing every step of the way. I would highly recommend Cox Roofing.

Great service from beginning to end of a roofing repair project (original roof not installed by Cox). The inspection and scope of work was clearly explained and I thought the cost of repair was very reasonable. I also felt the follow-up from the team to make sure we were satisfied with the repair was first class. I was unaware of Cox Roofing when we had our roof replaced six years ago, but I won’t choose anyone else in the future for roofing needs.

From start to finish, Cox Roofing exceeded my expectations with their communication, professionalism, and willingness to answer every question along the way. Justin, Paul, Javier, and their incredible crews installed a new roof, new siding, and new gutters after my home sustained storm damage. They made the entire process much less stressful by helping with the insurance claim, offering guidance as I chose shingle and siding colors, and completing the work with great attention to detail. Throughout the project, a few unexpected repairs came up, but Javier and Paul were quick to communicate what they found, explain the options, and provide solutions. They also shared plenty of before-and-after photos, which I really appreciated. One thing that really stood out was the care they took in cleaning up after the job. The roofing and siding crews walked around the house multiple times to make sure they picked up nails and debris. It's clear they take pride in their work, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Cox Roofing to anyone looking for a company that's honest, hardworking, and committed to doing the job right.

Very fast talker the communication wasn’t that great once contract was signed I was called the day before roof was installed said be there at 730 they was on my roof at 610 a herd of elephants sounded like waking me up the blowing my phone up and ringing door bell at 6 15 in the am wanting me to move my truck then they broke my mount for security camera and took my dish satellite down for no reason was t attached to roof but to the facia so I had to pay 50 bucks to have realigned supposed to get reimbursed but not holding my breath then I was told the shingles are 30 year so they might last 10 years I wanted to get other estimates but Brad said he worked his butt off to get me a new roof and made me feel obligated to go with cox well I need siding and other projects done but I will not use cox roofing for any other projects

Worked with Cox Residential for a full roof replacement with two sun tunnel installations and a full gutter replacement installation. The warranty offered by Cox Residential is the best we found. Paul Gemmer was a great first contact for the full roof replacement and sun tunnel installation - stayed on point and gave us all the information to facilitate what we needed. The team for the install was excellent - cleaned up after themselves everyday, worked really hard to get the project completed in a timely manner. Our new roof, the sun tunnels and gutters look fabulous. We've been through several storms since the install and everything is holding up well. Before the full roof install we actually worked with Sarah Yang and her team for a small roof repair that we had sustained during a storm. Sarah helped get us what we needed for the roof repair and then also adding more attic insulation. This job was also easy and pain free.We then had another storm which caused damage to a different part of the roof, which moved us towards the decision of full roof replacement. The addition of the sun tunnels was the best decision - super affordable at $1500 each and providing natural sunlight to our second floor hallway. So good! I want to add more!Annie in the office was great to work with as well.My only negative was when I first called there was an AI robot to talk to on the phone to get information about what I needed and then direct my call to the appropriate department. The robot was a mix of real conversation and a robot. So imagine knowing you're talking to a robot but the dialogue from the robot is "Oh, cool, how's your day going?, my day is good" - but you're a robot. Super funny, super confusing. I ended up having a massive crack-up to the real person I spoke to after the AI conversation. The real person I spoke to was awesome, and I loved her, we laughed so hard talking about the AI robot.Anyhoo, Cox Residential solved our roofing problems, fixed the attic insulation issues, gave us new and bigger gutters AND gave me things I didn't even knew I needed - thank you Sun Tunnels for giving us natural light.Loved every human we interacted with at Cox Residential and the work they did to fix our home :)
