Worked with Cox Residential for a full roof replacement with two sun tunnel installations and a full gutter replacement installation. The warranty offered by Cox Residential is the best we found. Paul Gemmer was a great first contact for the full roof replacement and sun tunnel installation - stayed on point and gave us all the information to facilitate what we needed. The team for the install was excellent - cleaned up after themselves everyday, worked really hard to get the project completed in a timely manner. Our new roof, the sun tunnels and gutters look fabulous. We've been through several storms since the install and everything is holding up well.Before the full roof install we actually worked with Sarah Yang and her team for a small roof repair that we had sustained during a storm. Sarah helped get us what we needed for the roof repair and then also adding more attic insulation. This job was also easy and pain free.We then had another storm which caused damage to a different part of the roof, which moved us towards the decision of full roof replacement.The addition of the sun tunnels was the best decision - super affordable at $1500 each and providing natural sunlight to our second floor hallway. So good! I want to add more!Annie in the office was great to work with as well.My only negative was when I first called there was an AI robot to talk to on the phone to get information about what I needed and then direct my call to the appropriate department. The robot was a mix of real conversation and a robot. So imagine knowing you're talking to a robot but the dialogue from the robot is "Oh, cool, how's your day going?, my day is good" - but you're a robot. Super funny, super confusing. I ended up having a massive crack-up to the real person I spoke to after the AI conversation. The real person I spoke to was awesome, and I loved her, we laughed so hard talking about the AI robot.Anyhoo, Cox Residential solved our roofing problems, fixed the attic insulation issues, gave us new and bigger gutters AND gave me things I didn't even knew I needed - thank you Sun Tunnels for giving us natural light.Loved every human we interacted with at Cox Residential and the work they did to fix our home :)

Amazing work! Had our roof replaced and they did all the extra water proofing and ice/water shield we should have had from the start! Also handled the water damage on our interior ceiling. Highly recommend!

I would highly recommend Cox Roofing. We knew we had some damage but was not clear on the process. The rep Robert Duncan was very patient, knowledgeable and most important made us feel comfortable with the insurance process. He explained everything and did not make us feel pressured.
