Went in for a polish change only. The lady ended up filing too much off some of my nails and was going to leave them mis-shaped. Filed my right pinky so much it's half as long as the left one. Paint job is bad even after she took the paint off my whole right hand and re did it on her own. I am usually not a complainer but this place was not good. And she charged me $25 and i was in there as long as i would be for a full fill

My experience was crap in haven’t had a manicure or pedi in years I never have time an when I’m forced to go an have a crap experience an way over charged for something I could of did at home o had to settle for something I didn’t like becuse they couldn’t do what I asked I left with composure forTo car an cried I had question why it was 115 dollars it just didn’t add up they said 35 an 25 I get print could be more but I didn’t get nothing cute or what I wanted so why was I way over charged for white paint lol an some pink

Told me they could do a simple color that they ended up not being able to do, buffed some of the skin off my thumb, left me with crusty cuticles, and charged me $70. That’s insane.

Made an appointment for a fill ahead of time, wasn’t sat until 25 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. The guy started my nails and then stopped working on me to start working on someone else half way through my set. Waited at least another 20-25 mins while he worked on the other gal. What should’ve been a quick appointment took almost 2 hours. Was also told it was $45 for the fill, when I checked out it was $51 and some change. Not a huge difference but it’s the principle. I stopped going here a while ago due to them being so rough (still that way) and made me bleed but figured I would give them another chance. Needless to say, won’t be back..

I was happy with how my pedicure turned out the gel looked nice and the $60 price felt reasonable for the service. However, the experience was overshadowed by how the tip was handled. I was pressured into leaving an $11 tip without being asked whether I wanted to tip or being given the chance to choose the amount myself. It felt unprofessional and left me very uncomfortable. Because of that, I won’t be returning.

This used to be a good salon. I would say maybe six months ago. I don't know what has changed. Maybe ownership. The last few times I have been in I have NOT been happy. I got a fill a week ago and had to come in 3 days later (on x mas eve) to have a lifted nail fixed. 5 days later here I sit again to have another nail fixed. Just to be told I need a fill again!! Was told to wait a half hour and I have been waiting an hour and twenty minutes and haven't even started the fill. The salon isint clean or sanitary . I miss the way the salon used to be!! I won't be recommending this to anyone else again!!

Went in to get a fill and was told after my polish was off I had to get a new set so I let him remove them and do a new set but asked if they had a jewel he said yes and towards the end told me he didn’t have it so the nails look nothing like the picture I called at 4:06 and asked if they had time they said yes. After all done and I mention the nails aren’t at all the same length and chop the charged me 85$ I sent my husband in to talk to them and they said no refunds and that I kept them an extra 2 hours past closing (closing at 4) which if they couldn’t have done it they could have told me the closed since I called them (after closing) just ridiculous and so unhappy with my nails for the holidays. If I could leave 0 stars I would what I wanted vs what I got! I’d be happy with even 30$ back because these are not with 85$

What a rip off! My daughter and I Got the basic pedicure $30 And they tacked on 15 extra dollars to do gel polish!! They failed to mention that part! Everywhere I’ve gone. It’s only been five dollars extra for gel polish. They charge us $50 apiece for basic pedicures! And they weren’t that great I have red polish on my skin around my toes! When I questioned the price, He proceeded to tell me that minimum wage is increased to $20 an hour and they need to make money! Minimum wage did not increase $20 for nail spas! Minimum wages $16 an hour and $20 an hour for food franchises! He should do some research! Sounds like a con just to get more money. There was a wasp inside the business that was unnerving, And they did nothing about it!! WTH I will definitely not be back! Did not like the atmosphere, It was warm, There was no music.. And just seemed dirty. Heavy cobwebs hanging in the corner! I don’t recommend this place. There’s a lot of better places in town.

Went to get pedicure, told it would be 15 minutes, waited. Three people walked in for pedicures and I was told they are going to them instead and I need to wait longer or come back later? Wth. I know 3 people is more money then 1 but wow bad business for sure. Won't be back.
