Despite being noon on a weekday and making an appointment there was still about a 10-15 minute wait. Two of us started about 10 minutes before the other two remaining, but we were all done at the same time. There are 4 different levels of pedicures on their "menu", if memory serves I think they ranged from $40-80 depending on product and experience. We all chose the $60 which included K-Beauty Brand aromatherapy lotion, a hot towel, gel nails, paraffin wax, and massage. Overall it was a great experience with quality products, professional nail technicians, and a clean/comfortable environment. I only took off 1 star for having to wait despite making and confirming an appointment. I don't believe making an appointment makes any difference, and would recommend just walking-in.Edit: unfortunately had to take another star after having visited a few times. I highly suggest NOT getting your finger nails done here. I asked if they do nail art and showed a picture with a simple French manicure with cherries. I got passed around between 3 technicians. The last being an older gentleman who finished the French tips and then told me I was done, I showed the picture again and he had me sit with another technician again who offered stickers. By this time it had been over 2 hours. So I left with entirely NOT what I asked for. If you get a manicure just keep it simple, the girl who was getting sunflowers painted with the powder gel on her nails told the technician multiple times to just give up and paint her nails yellow because she is running very late to pick her daughter up from practice. They kept having her stay to take photos of her nails once they were done and she had to get very firm with them that she needed to leave, she told me she had been there almost 3 hours.Last time I went with my sister they were very busy, when we walked in they ask “do you have an appointment?” Well I should hope not since we said “two pedicures” and every pedicure station had someone in it! We waited at the Starbucks next door about 30 minutes later and they wanted us to sit across the salon from each other. So waited a bit longer still to get seats next to each other.
