I registered for the 14-day small group personal training trial at PROATHLON for £99. I initially thought it was very expensive, so I was quite hesitant to try it out. However, I decided to give it a go because small group personal training really appealed to me, especially since I personally hate large group training. The trial includes the following:- 1:1 assessment- 3x SGPT sessions per weekThe 45-minute sessions run daily at 6:45am, 7:30am, 11:30am, 12:15pm, 1:15pm, 5:30pm, and 6:15pm, which makes it very flexible and easy to fit into your schedule. If you think it is expensive, think about it again. The maximum number of people I have seen so far in my sessions was five, but most of the time it was just 3-4 people attending. This makes a significant difference in terms of attention and quality. A 1:1 personal training session usually costs around £70 per hour, so when you compare that, small group training for £99 over two weeks is actually very good value. In reality, it feels very close to personal training sessions.Simon, Richard, and Tom were great trainers. My body actually started to feel more bulked up just by attending three sessions, which really shows how effective the training is. You will definitely feel that you have had solid workouts after each session. They clearly understand the importance of slow and consistent muscle building, and their approach reflects that. From lower body to upper body to full body workouts, your entire body is worked thoroughly. Each session is well-structured, balanced, and purposeful. So try out their sessions - it is absolutely worth it. I genuinely cannot recommend it enough!
