I’ve been training at Proathlon for a 6 months now, mainly taking their strength training classes, and it’s one of the best fitness experiences I’ve had.What really sets Proathlon apart is the attention to detail from the coaches. Every session, I get frequent and specific feedback on my form, which has made a huge difference in my progress.The coaches are all very energetic and motivating, which makes even the toughest workouts feel enjoyable.The workouts are always fresh and varied, so you never fall into a routine or get bored. The programming is clearly well-designed, especially in the strength classes. Each session targets different muscle groups and feels balanced.While the workouts are definitely challenging, they’re also fun and engaging.
