Our project with Ashco has recently completed, so time to write a review 🙂Taking a step back, an anxiety of mine when thinking about undertaking a building project at home is dealing with architects, structural engineers, building control etc……no need to worry about that with Ashco, they have the contacts and can take care of it all for you, a big positive for me.Then there is paying for the project, again, made very simple with Ashco, payment plans are proposed up front so you know exactly what you will pay for and when, and at which point in the project you should be at for the payment to be due…….I liked this approach, everyone knows where they stand.If we look at how it was during the job, Ash & Callum where very mindful to try and keep disruption to a minimum and get the messy part of the job done as quickly as possible (they worked some long days), and they were very careful to keep our property clean and tidy (as much as you can when your knocking walls down etc!). Then when it got to the finishing touches the quality and attention to detail is excellent, they have some great tradesmen partners who do a fantastic job. If there’s a little change of plan to what you want, no problem, they’ll sort it.When it comes to sign off completion nothing is signed off until it’s perfect, Callum was actually pointing things out to me yesterday that I hadn’t even noticed!To sum up, I would thoroughly recommend Ashco, you will get a personal service and a quality job.Thanks Callum & Ash 🙂 Less
