Dwell Construction was contacted to reconstruct our kitchen and game room after water damage from a second floor bathroom. Without hesitation this crew of professionals worked miracles with reconstruction and correcting all damage including new drywall and refinishing all first floor hardwood floors which are over 100 years old. Every trade worked in unison to ensure our house was safe and absolutely beautiful. The workmanship is beautiful and I was kept informed continuously. I was sent pictures of completed projects and kept in the conversation at all times. We are at day 15 and all most completely finished Trim and touch ups need to be done. 15 days to reconstruct two bulkheads that included HVAC, replaced entire game room ceiling ( can lights ) and painted the entire room. The entire kitchen was down to the studs after remediation and Dwell Construction repaired, replaced, brought everything to code and gave me back a more beautiful kitchen than I could have imagined. We added to have new flooring in my husband’s main suite bedroom and it is beautiful.Working with Shane has been a pleasure. A person knows from the first meeting and handshake how the project will go and I knew this was the right construction team for this project. Polite. Professional. Easy conversations and a wealth of knowledge. Even though the house was vacant to allow them ease of access it was kept very clean and organized on the days I visited. I am extremely satisfied with Dwell Construction and have shared their information and my pictures during this reconstruction with several people and on social media. I would have no hesitation in hiring Dwell Construction for future projects and I already have discussed a few with my husband! I add a few before , during and almost completed pictures. I cannot wait until it is all finished and we can safely and comfortably move back home. Shane and his team have earned not only our respect but that of our insurance adjuster. When I would send updates the entire office would be taking note of the efficiency and workmanship! A great team !!!!

After consulting a total of 3 kitchen remodelers / contractors my wife and I made the decision to go with Dwell Construction. We had Shane and his team renovate our primary bathroom, installed all new flooring, opened up our kitchen and dining room and made more of an open floor plan. He took a house that was built in 1973 and brought it into this century. It took about 6 weeks to do the project. Shane and his team showed up everyday, they were professional, accommodating and very easy to work with. Shane handled special requests, last minute changes/requests happily. He really made sure we were happy. Living through a large renovation I knew would be difficult but he really made it as easy as possible. We were soo happy with how our kitchen/dining room and primary bathroom turned out we had him come the following year and do our hall bath. All of it was complete renovations - taking everything out and putting new stuff in. I highly recommend Shane to anyone/everyone.
