I had a really positive experience here. Nirupama was professional, caring, and genuinely attentive throughout my treatment. I cannot recommend her enough.I had been suffering from muscle spasms in my neck and upper back, as well as persistent neck stiffness, which was affecting my everyday life.I initially went for an acupuncture session, but Nirupama ended up doing so much more — she helped resolve my neck issues and get rid of the persistent pain I had been experiencing.After each session, I noticeably felt better. The treatment was effective, and everything was explained clearly and in such a reassuring way. Absolutely brilliant experience! I went in with really bad shoulder pain that had been causing me a lot of discomfort, and the difference since having treatment has been amazing. My experience at 5 Star Clinic has been excellent. Jazzy was delightful.. He was so smiley and welcoming.He very quickly diagnosed that my headaches were related to neck problems. I was referred to 5 Star Clinic after being involved in a road traffic accident and suffering from whiplash. After many sessions here and after trying different methods to get me back to my normal self, I can’t thank Jazzy enough for getting me back to being able to do what I had done prior to the accident and slowly getting back into my hobbies.
