After that my 6 sessions were with Gianluca. He is brilliant at creating a relaxing environment and talking you through what he is doing and what is hoped to be acheived by doing it. The sessions and treatment plan move with how your body is feeling and responding. I had accupunture and massage and the relaxation techniques to help the mind have been hugely beneficial. It does feel like a holistic care approach to get your mimd into a better headspace to deal with whatever your medical matter is. At the end of the course I could see how much things had progressed, the scalp tenderness which was causing problems with me unable to put a bobble hat on or lie on pillow comfortably had improved significantly. The head pain hasnt gone all together, unfortunately theres no quick fixes for the condition, but its immeasurably better than it was and Ive reduced the frequency of medication I was taking thanks to Gianluca. I really appreciated the different and varied approach by Luca. Arrived at the clinic in a low state after experiencing back and buttock pain for over a year. Had seen an osteopath and a physiotherapist and had regular chiropractor appointments but the pain persisted. It was very encouraging that Luca really listened to me and developed a holistic plan going back to basics and using a variety of activities, acupuncture, massage, stretching, delta wave implementation and exercises to help me to heal. At each session, Luca was keen to hear about my progress and tailor the treatment to my needs. After about 10 sessions I am now virtually pain free and if I do experience pain it is short-lived and not debilitating (at the age of 73 I think this is pretty good). The initial stubborn back pain has now gone. I enjoyed the sessions with Luca. They were varied and he didn't 'clock watch' and just gave me what I needed. I am so pleased I went to 5* clinic and I would not hesitate in recommending their treatment to anyone experiencing pain.
