Words alone definitely cannot express our absolute satisfaction with this business (Richmond Granite & Marble). The owner and his on-the-ground supervisors and crew were very skillful, professional, thoughtful, patient, informative, creative, and sensitive to the needs of my wife and me during every aspect of their counter-top replacement, electrical, drywall and plumbing work at our home. They collectively transformed our kitchen from ordinary to extraordinary - and all this at a very reasonable price! Even when their work was completed and paid for, the owner of Richmond Granite & Marble, knowing that we had another contractor (unaffiliated with Richmond Granite & Marble) coming over the following week to replace our flooring, stopped by our home, free of charge, to check on my wife and me and to make sure that everything was going smoothly with the flooring install. This proved to be a VERY valuable follow-up visit because he was able to immediately spot a deficiency concerning the flooring contractor's perceived scope of its assignment, and we were able to correct that misunderstanding right away! Thank God! Long story short, I would highly recommend Richmond Granite & Marble to anyone who is looking for a highly skilled, courteous, affordable and professional countertop company. My wife and I are so very thankful that we were able to locate Richmond Granite & Marble to handle our very challenging kitchen remodel. People warned me doing that route and not using someone my friends have had experience with. Very shady business practice, and super unprofessional. His selection is minimal,, he will tell u to go to his supplier and purchase from their. And once u do that he will give u a last minute estimate when u have already bought granite and committed. Took him an entire month from the initial measurement, to bringing semi finished product to install. I would never ever ever recommend this guy Pete to anybody. Please be aware.
