No i would not recommend this Demolition Company, many, many mistakes made on top of all they did not apply for a Comply Demolition Certificate as i requested one a beginning of project, plus i had to pay a $1243 Variation for "blow in Insulation" told by Operations Manager that Council would have to bury it. I rang Council up and they told me they Bury all rubbish.

These guys did a good job. It was left nice and clean when they finished, and you felt safe working on the timber frame shed after they left. Couldn't see the tiniest piece of Asbestos anywhere. A friend is dying from Mesothelioma which apparently is mostly caused by Asbestos exposure, so I am glad this was done properly. Well done!

Demolition of our old house having asbestos was handled extremely well by the CDS without any issues. They were prompt and informed us every step of the way. Even the neighbours were impressed with the work they did with very minimal disturbance/noise. The site was left very tidy. Karla was very professional with us communicating the progress.
