I contacted TRUE BLUE after discovering my old IT compan y no longer wanted to manage small businesses. I tried 5 businesses across Darwin, none of which were interested in a small business. I found True Blue, who were responsive, arranged an immediate meeting to clarify my needs as I was on a tight time frame. They make immediate time to chat with me face to face, and explained the process to take over my domain and email. Rifat was honest with me that the website MAY go down for a day or 2, and explained the costs and processes. This was on a WED afternoon. By Friday the process was complete, and although the email was down for a few hours, Rifat answered immediately and worked around my schedule to get this sorted out asap. Their prices are reasonable, and they were not pushy to get me to sign up for things I simply didnt need (unlike the prev company who advised me if I didnt buy the biggest Microsoft product, they didnt want my business!) I am a small business with 1 email and 1 domain... but Im sure that RIFAT will look after everyone with care, honesty and understanding (haste) as he has with us.
