Dr. Brown and his team are absolutely incredible! They are very attentive and understanding. My partner and I visited this clinic recently for the first time and we are extremely happy with the results and the way the team cares about their patients. Usually, my teeth bleed like in that scene from "Fight Club", when I get my teeth cleaned at a clinic, and it feels like torture for me. But this time it wasn't the case - the doctor was so careful and thorough that I felt relaxed and stressless (looks like I need a few words with my previous doctors on that). My family and I have been going to Dr. Kevin Brown since my daughter was recommended to a paediatric dentist because she was so emotional and frightened. I have been visiting this clinic for over 5 years. It has always been a pleasant experience. I think Dr. Wu is one of the best doctors I have ever seen. He is always very gentle, caring and comforting during the treatments which made all the scary stuff a lot easier to go through. He also pays attention to all the small details to make sure you feel comfortable and relaxed as well. His suggestions on your treatment plan is always logical, reasonable and for your own good. He is always very patient when he explains the dental terms so you thoroughly understand. All the work he did was quick and I am satisfied with the result. All the hygienists have been very gentle and funny. They have also educated me on how I need to take care of my teeth. And I am starting to get compliments on how clean my teeth are on my cleaning appointments, which made me even happier than getting an A when I was back at school :) The receptionists have also been very accommodating and helpful. They make you feel at home the moment you get there. Kudos to Dr. Brown&Teena on establishing such a great team. You have basically made my dental appointments something I am looking forward to instead of something I am scared of! It made me so proud of myself at picking such an excellent place for my teeth when I see people complaining about their dental expeirence :)
