Fast response time to active leaking problem when other companies won't return your call. Comprehensive and professional consideration of all aspects of potential roofing needs. Problem solved in the inspection so I didn't continue to have leaking in the storm while waiting weeks to get estimates and scheduling.

Finished the job, cleaned up my yard and they were done both men very professional and knowledgeable of their trade. I had a skylight taken out and the area sealed because of a leak I will be getting a new roof from this company in the very near future. Thanks Shaka!!!!

Reached out to several companies in North Florida and the only one that showed up in person was Daniel from Shaka Roofing! I am a contractor that works almost exclusively for Senior citizens and my customer needed a roof inspection and ultimately a roof repair. I met Daniel and gave gave a fair assessment and provided me with a quote that afternoon. The quote was thorough and detailed. Daniel and his team deployed to my job site within a few days and executed the repair! Daniel is extremely knowledgeable, honest, and professional! My customer is pleased with the work performed and so am I. Thanks again Shaka Roofing and I look forward to working with you again.Sincerely,Justin LThree Lads, LLC

Shaka Roofing did an incredible job! Their response time was remarkably fast—I requested a quote and they answered the very same day, coming out the next day. The entire process was simple, well-explained, and completely transparent, with Aaron providing fantastic customer service throughout. For our home in Jacksonville, FL, using high-quality GAF architectural shingles known for their durability and strong wind resistance, they handled the roof replacement, chimney removal, and necessary wood rot repairs seamlessly. They wasted no materials, ensured the roof followed all building codes, and set up great ventilation. The crew finished the entire project in just one day, leaving behind zero roof leaks and doing a thorough job cleaning up nails and debris. They use trusted roofers who clearly take pride in their work, and they truly serve the community by doing roofs efficiently, effectively, and at a great price. Highly recommended!

Emailed several times to inquire about a roof. Even spoke to a chat person and they stopped responding. Too hard to get ahold of.

Thank you to Shaka roofing I had a great experience. I’ve been putting off getting my roof replaced for quite some time on an investment property of mine. I came across their ad and had a few roofers come out and give me estimates. Sean and the team stood out above everyone else. They were the only company who arrived on time and walked me through the entire process. Super happy with my decision and I would highly recommend Shaka roofing if you have any issues with your roof. They will take care of you!

If I could give more than 5* I would…. We made a quick decision to get a new roof as we were placing our house on the market.. The roof was 25yrs old.. We new that it would be a deterrent with an old roof. SHAKA roofing helped us move quickly and within 10 days we had a new roof. Our house looks beautiful and I am sure we will get a good return on this investment. I am posting before and after pictures, unbelievable difference. Also, Sean, Aaron and Dan were present on site multiple times during the process. Very informative, very competitive in pricing, but the service and presence of them was truly priceless….Thank you SHAKA roofing company.

We can’t say enough about how great our experience was with getting our new roof from Shaka Roofing! Aaron reached out within hours of me filling out a request for more information and he was kind and not pushy. He and Sean, the owner, came out to our home to walk the roof and give us a quote within days of first contact. They sent us our quote within hours and we scheduled the day for our roof to be installed. The crew did an outstanding job and finished in one day. They were so professional, they consistently communicated with us throughout the entire process, they laid tarp all around the outside of the house, they cleaned our trim and when they were done they took a magnetic rake through the entire yard to catch any nails. They know how to give OUTSTANDING customer service and we felt that they treated us as they would want their family to be treated. Thanks again Sean, Aaron and the rest of the Shaka crew! We couldn’t be happier😊. Ken & Lisa K
