Couldn’t recommend G45 enough!!A year on and I am absolutely loving it. I am currently taking part in the 6 week challenge with a goal of increasing muscle mass and how I eat to fuel my body. With the help from Gerard and all the other coaches I have really seen a difference in my workouts and how my energy has increased throughout my daily routine. The Programming for this year has been amazing I have learnt so much in regards to stripping back my weights and working on my form and technique to better myself and that’s only the beginning and I can’t wait to see what else Gerard has in store for us!!!So if you’re someone who has been looking to join for a while and have been afraid to take that leap, JUST DO IT you won’t regret it!! 😊

Three weeks into the 6 week programme with G45 and I feel so supported by the coaches, I was nervous about starting something new but in a short space of time I’ve felt welcomed and motivated and enjoying every class, I had lost motivation last year and now I feel ready for the challenges ahead the coaches and people are fantastic only regret not starting sooner!

Friendly, supportive, and genuinely motivating. The staff are very helpful, but they also know how to push you to your limits in the best way. Great atmosphere. Fab gym!

G45 has become part of my daily routine, and I genuinely look forward to getting into the gym after a day’s work. It has helped me get to a place I never thought I could, and this is only the beginning.I’m getting fitter for my boys, meeting new people, spending quality time with my brother, and most importantly, enjoying the process. My only regret is that I didn’t start earlier.

G45 really leads the way in not just its equipment and training but in the community surrounding it. Coming in as a beginner to fitness classes they’ve been nothing but welcoming and supportive. You couldn’t ask for a better team.

I have been a member of G45 for over 3 years now and it is the best thing I have done for myself. While on maternity leave I went to the Mums classes which was amazing as I cold take the kids with me, removing the biggest barrier in getting to the gym with 2 young kids at home! Since returning to work it has give me time out for myself, and the craic and sense of community all adds to it! The coaches are fab and adopt everything to your ability which is a big plus for me

G45 is different! I really enjoy getting to the 6am classes , sets you up for the day. The coaches and programs are brilliant, something for everyone at all levels. You get to know alot of the same faces in the same classes and this helps too. You don't feel like you dont know anyone. Gerard runs taster sessions so why not try one and you won't regret it 👌💪🏻

I’ve been a member of G45 for nearly a year. I really enjoy my classes & look forward to them all. I joined on a mum’s membership as I had just had my 3rd child. I’m now attending all types of classes & doing things I didn’t think was possible. The best thing about G45 is the community.
