G45 is a great place to join if you’re looking to get into shape and feel good about yourself. I’ve just completed my 6 week program and very happy with the outcome. I’ve lost weight, feel fitter and more importantly feel better about myself. The team is on hand to help you through your daily eating routine and also there to give you that wee push and encouragement you need to keep going. It’s a great environment and has a great vibe about it to keep you motivated. What is also very appealing about G45 is the multiple classes available from early morning to late evening to accommodate around your working day. The app for booking your class just makes the whole process stress free and simple. Would definitely recommend for anyone whether coming from a fitness background or not. I’ve no signed up for full time membership and looking forward to future results 💪

I joined G45 by doing the 6 week starter program and I can say that it is definitely a great gym. From the coaches to the members there is a great sense of community. Everyone is so welcoming, supportive, and encouraging from point of walking through the door. The atmosphere when in the gym makes such a difference and makes you look forward to each session🙌The coaches are there to help motivate you and you can tell that they genuinely care about helping everyone improve. It doesn’t matter what fitness level you are at or amount of experience within the gym environment, they always have movements/exercises adapted to cater to everyone. The classes are challenging but in the best way while still being enjoyable, even if you are hating it in the moment… you always feel great after you get it done🔥💪I highly recommend G45 if you are thinking about joining do it! It truly is a great community open to everyone.

A few of my friends we're talking about this gym they went to and i had a look and decided why not give it a go and honestly it was one of the best decisions I've made.I'm a pretty active person, love running frequently but knew I needed to add more strength training and functional training and joining G45 has been amazing. I got so used to training alone so I was definitely feeling a little nervous about the group workout but everyone is so welcoming and friendly!This gym is for everyone, the atmosphere is always so encouraging, comfortable and supportive!The coaches genuinely care about your progress and are always there for guidance!G45 has been one of the best things I've done, what a great wee community! I initially signed up because I wasn't happy with my diet or overall health. While I’m still on my journey, the coaches and classes have been brilliant—especially when it comes to nutrition advice and accountability.​Four months in, and I’m thrilled with my steady results; I’m losing body fat while maintaining and building muscle, which is no easy feat! I have been a member of G45 for nearly 3 months now.I have always been an active person and enjoy training, specifically in a group setting.Prior to my first class I was so nervous but I had no need to be at all. The coaches and other members are so lovely and encouraging.I do a mix of early morning and evening classes as I like to mix it up. I find that regardless of when you go the energy is always high and the atmosphere buzzing.My strength has improved significantly and most of all I feel able to keep pushing myself. Although I’ve been training for a few years I have learnt a lot since I have joined. Exercises are always demonstrated and explained by the coaches prior to doing them, which enables you to get the most out of them. Plus the coaches observe everyone and give feedback/assist if required, regardless if you are a new member or have been there a while.Over the past 6 weeks I have been taking part in the “6 week summer shred” programme. Being accountable and supported by the coaches and other members has been amazing. I had a body analysis scan before the challenge and today. My results showed muscle mass increase and body fat decrease, which I’m delighted with.I couldn’t recommend G45 enough, my only regret is that I didn’t join earlier.Honestly, if you’re thinking about it, just do it as you won’t regret it!

Started 6week challenge at the end of January 26, really have enjoyed my sessions in G45,coaches is always there to help and support if your struggling during your session and tailor your workout to suit your needs and fitness level, but also pushing you that wee bit further also all the coaches is just a msg away if you struggling at home with nutrition they get back asap with help and guidance, have definitely seen my fitness levels getting stronger, and after each session I feel so good and my mental health has improved so much in the last 6 weeks. Definitely recommend joining G45 best gym iv been too all staff are so friendly and other gym members make you feel like you have been friends for years, all helping and encouraging each other. My 6weeks is up but iv signed up to become a full time member at G45, if your thinking of joining G45 give it a try like I done and I bet you won't look back, 🫶💪

Couldn’t recommend G45 enough!!A year on and I am absolutely loving it. I am currently taking part in the 6 week challenge with a goal of increasing muscle mass and how I eat to fuel my body. With the help from Gerard and all the other coaches I have really seen a difference in my workouts and how my energy has increased throughout my daily routine. The Programming for this year has been amazing I have learnt so much in regards to stripping back my weights and working on my form and technique to better myself and that’s only the beginning and I can’t wait to see what else Gerard has in store for us!!!So if you’re someone who has been looking to join for a while and have been afraid to take that leap, JUST DO IT you won’t regret it!! 😊

I have been a member of G45 for over 3 years now and it is the best thing I have done for myself. While on maternity leave I went to the Mums classes which was amazing as I cold take the kids with me, removing the biggest barrier in getting to the gym with 2 young kids at home! Since returning to work it has give me time out for myself, and the craic and sense of community all adds to it! The coaches are fab and adopt everything to your ability which is a big plus for me

I’ve been going to this gym for almost two years now (since December), and I honestly couldn’t be happier. I usually do two strength training sessions a week, and the coaches are always friendly, knowledgeable, and approachable. The members are just as great—welcoming, supportive, and always looking out for each other. If you’re thinking about joining, just get in the door and start. You won’t regret it.
