I found Anita from fit for 2 in my third trimester with my second babe, her classes really helped me with my pelvic instability in pregnancy right through to my post partum recovery (which are also baby and big kid friendly!!) I’m now pregnant with my third and very happy to be back! Cant recommend her enough, thanks Anita!... More

Fit for 2 is a fantastic group for women who are pregnant or post birth. I joined when I was 25 weeks pregnant and I am still a member 2 years on. I love that Anita modifies exercises to suit me such as when I was pregnant, post birth when I had pelvic floor issues and then when I had an injury. Anita’s passion for women’s health is so evident in both her classes and education portal. Post birth, being able to take bubs to class and having the zoom option has made exercise so accessible. More then just a exercise program!! I was referred to Fot for 2 through a friend and its one of the best dissions I've made. Early on in my pregnancy(7 weeks) I was effected by nerve pain, to the extent I could barely move. After months of hydro pool, physio and osteo visits. I had resigned to the fact that I would never fully recover and be in pain until my baby was born. I was finally cleared to join the program (At 19 weeks pregnant) and what a difference it has made. My osteo is amazed by my progress!! I no longer have any pain, I've gone back to work and now can sleep through the night(I was struggling to sleep more then 40mintues at a time when the pain was at its worst, and no amount of sleeping aids helped) Anita has created a safe exercise program which caters for all levels of mobility. The best part? all classes are available face to face or via zoom. So even if your in lockdown (or awaiting the results of a covid test)you can still exercise from home. Not to mention it's a lot a fun!! Fit for 2 also offers an educational program to guide you all the way through from conception to pregnancy to motherhood. And as a first time mum it's given me the support I never new I need. Anita is always there to answer any of your questions. I have learnt so much!! Thanks to Anita and her team of experts. (I recommend tuning into Anita's Monday night discussions on facebook, it opened my eyes to all aspects of this journey that I hadn't even thought of) I now feel confident and empowered going into this labour. 😊 And feel amazing even in my third trimester. I can’t recommend the Fit For 2 program with Anita highly enough for ladies at any stage in their pregnancy and beyond. I found Fit For 2 via word of mouth from a friend who had tried and also loved the program during her pregnancy. I was an avid gym goer pre pregnancy and wanted to maintain my fitness safely during and this program was perfect. With Anita being a midwife herself you could trust that all the movements were safe but still would give you a challenge. It also was extra handy when you had questions about any aches, pains or any pregnancy related questions in general that I as a first time mumma, had plenty of. I was, as most ladies are, worried about my pelvic floor and staying healthy while pregnant as I was aware that it was important for recovery post birth. Anita not only teaches you techniques during classes but provided heaps of online education and resources that covered any and all queries you could think of. She also introduced me to the world of Doterra essential oils and taught me how they can help in during all stages of pregnancy including labour. If you’re looking for a safe pregnancy fitness program you’ve found it. Thanks again Anita for all your help 🤗 Less
