Mary was absolutely outstanding to work with! What should have been a quick, single-document signing unexpectedly became much more complicated. The signer was difficult to reach and communicate with, the correct documentation needed for return to escrow was not initially available, and the assignment ultimately required additional printing and a return trip.Mary handled every complication with professionalism, patience, and a great attitude. She kept us informed throughout the entire process, was extremely communicative and responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure the signing was completed correctly. We also greatly appreciated how fair and reasonable she was when the scope of the assignment changed. Rather than turning every unexpected issue into an additional charge, Mary focused on getting the job done properly while treating everyone involved fairly. That kind of professionalism and integrity really stands out.Her scans were absolutely perfect, her communication was excellent, and her attention to detail was exceptional.Mary is the kind of notary a signing service hopes to find and wants to work with again and again. Five stars simply aren't enough — she deserves 10 out of 5! Highly recommended!
