My wife and I hired John to do repairs around our house when we first bought it. He replaced and brought our front porch steps to code. He put down tile in our bathrooms and backsplash in our kitchen, along with lots of other small projects. His prices beat out all other offers and his work spoke for itself. Since we moved in we have called him to have him come out to inspect some work or damage and he came out the very next day! He only accepted payment when we were satisfied with his work and offered us many different ways to pay. We will continue to call on John for any work we need in the future. Thanks John!

I can’t say enough good things about John. I have been working with him for years on clients home and my personal. John recently completed my unfinished basement that now has 4 bedrooms, an office, play room, Jack and Jill bathroom and a storage room. He is also finishing my upstairs which included gutting my kitchen, taking out 5 walls including 35 feet of load bearing wall, ripping out floors and building a laundry/pantry room. Taking out load bearing walls is always nerve wracking but we felt so reassured with the engineers report John handled and the inspector even said John went above and beyond supporting it. We always appreciate John’s insight and recommendations for our projects. It’s hard to find a GC these days who actually does the work themselves and has a wide range of skills from flooring to tile, etc. His crew and subs are great too! Knowing John professionally for years, he is 100% trustworthy and honest. Having someone in your home everyday for months can be intrusive but we never feel that way with John. We trust him explicitly and he proves that he is. If you want a General Contractor who communicates, professional, trustworthy, fair, safe and knows what he is doing. Then call John.
