Leo provided excellent customer service to me. He told me what the problem was with my car. He reassured me that my car would be fixed at the end of the day and I'm no expert on cars😅. I kept asking the same questions over and over and Leo was very patient with me and showed me what parts were what on my car and he reassured me on how Good Guys were going to fix my car. Got my car back at the end of the day. My car runs smooth. Definitely will be back for future repairs!

Going to a mechanic can be a little stressful, not here. Best shop in all of Norcal. They’ll take care of your car and you like family always hook it up and go the extra mile for your vehicle. Guys in Good Guys are GOOD GUYS. They checked my 2014 VW Tiguan and provided very detailed explanation and suggestion even after I told them I didn’t want to spend any money on my car right now. They are very honest, patient and nice to me.

In November 2025 our car broke down 130 miles from Vacaville. We had it towed to the Toyota dealership and got bad service so we had it towed to Good Guys because of the reviews online. We were not disappointed The car needed a new engine. They helped us get a clean rebuilt engine . After we got it back we had a small leak. No problem they fixed it right away.
