We used the Wood Floor Company on a big remodel project. They removed carpet, tile and wood from almost every room of our 3,600 sq. ft. two-story home. They installed beautiful french oak hardwood floors in our main living areas, master, office, loft and stairs. They installed new carpet in kids rooms, workout flooring in the workout room and new tile in the laundry room. Plus they removed all our baseboards and replaced them with new ones. Hands down, they did a fantastic job. Our home looks amazing. I love the new floors. The owner Tricia is a fantastic owner who cares about her customers and goes above and beyond to take care of them and make sure they are happy. She listens to concerns and takes quick action to rectify. We shopped around and did our research. We couldn't not have made a better choice as far as price, customer service and quality of installation. Thank you Tricia and The Wood Floor Company.

We cannot express the level of professionalism and dedication we experienced working with The Wood Floor Company. Our home like so many, had flood damage from Hurricane Ian. Tricia came and assessed the damage, provided an estimate of like for like for insurance purposes and then kindly guided us through the process of choosing a replacement. Not only we're they quick to provide a like for like estimate, they were helpful in providing samples, guiding us through our decision, final estimate, delivery, prep and installation. Through the entire process I felt comfortable in the hands of The Wood Floor Company. Everyone we worked with, Tricia, Denice, London, Alex and the entire installation crew were helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Finally to top off the entire process, we LOVE our new floors, Thank you to the entire team!! I'd give them more than 5 stars if I could!
