It is very important to be on time as staff are scheduled according to how many kids are scheduled at a given time. Ratio of staff to children is a licensing requirement and a safety concern, therefore, you cannot be late to work. Everyone must meet licensing requirements of continuing professional development. Staff are paid for their staff development and time. We are truly a team, everyone is willing to fill in in other rooms and age groups, staff are valued. The most enjoyable part of the job is seeing the smiling faces, the hugs you get from the littles, helping them learn new skills, discovering new things, and connecting with great families! The hardest part of the job is saying goodbye to kids moving on to Kindergarten or to a family that is moving away. Pros: It's never dull! Kids are always fun and challenging. No evenings, holidays, weekends!! Cons: none

I had a good experience at these daycares and both my daughters enjoyed coming to Little Puzzlers and Child’s Play and they both learned a lot. Owners and Teachers were friendly and kind. I would recommend.
