I had a course of 3 vampire facials with Steph, and the results have been incredible! I had a few scars from mole removal, and they are noticeably smoother. Even a patch of hair loss has improved significantly—it’s now reduced to less than half its original size. My daughter even complimented my skin, joking that the wrinkles under my eyes are much less noticeable 🤣. I couldn’t be happier with the results!

From start to finish, the treatment was exceptional. I had a facial contour and lymphatic drainage session, focusing particularly around my eyes, with the lymphatic drainage and it was unbelievably relaxing. The clinic itself is lovely—very professional and impeccably clean. The staff made me feel comfortable and pampered throughout the entire process. My skin felt rejuvenated, and the focus on lymphatic drainage really made a difference. If you're looking for a top-notch facial experience, this is the place to go, i also had underarm laser which was very quick and i thought would hurt but it really didn’t ❤️

Felt totally at ease on my very first visit, everyone so friendly, even clients. Lovely relaxing, calming atmosphere. Complimentary peppermint tea, biscuits and quality street. Everything explained to me before my procedure by the lovely Sophia, I was shown which treatment I would be receiving, along with date. All surfaces in clinical rooms hygienically cleaned to high standards. Steph gave my a full breakdown of PDO threads, how it works, where they are placed and down time, informing me that it’s not a one time fix and further treatment would be needed. Her honesty came as a huge help making me understand that not everyone’s body, metabolism, healing are not the same. I’m back there on Saturday for a back neck and head massage 💆🏻‍♀️ I cannot wait 🫶🫠❤️

Lovely atmosphere and friendly staff. I've been having laser hair removal with Leanne and I've seen a real difference after only 3 sessions. A lot less regrowth and some isn't coming back at all. Completely painless. Would definitely recommend
