CESAR REVIEW. Booked an appointment for my hubby - luckily, he was assigned to Cesar. All I can say is: DAMN. There is NO other barber in this area my husband will be seeing. My husband is an attractive man already, but after Cesar’s handiwork on him with hair and beard, I find myself literally doing double takes he looks so good. Ladies: send your men to Cesar. Just trust me on this one.
