We had four different companies come to give us estimates on mold remediation in our basement. I felt best about Chris Perkins over the other three. He was more knowledgeable and very honest and we felt really good about him from the start. He did a great job and he finished the work and the cleanup thoroughly. What a relief to know that the mold problem has been taken care of in the safest, right way! Chris was so kind and fair in his pricing too. We couldn't be happier or more satisfied! Malik is AWESOME!! We had a water heater leak that resulted in water under or flooring throughout our entire basement. I had no idea where to even start and Malik was so kind to answer questions and get his team out first thing the next morning. I had another company hang up soon as I asked a question because they 'didn't do phone consultations.' The Restoration One team has been great to work with and I am so thankful to Malik for his patience and help with getting us set up with the right people. I called Restoration 1 to help figure out a leak in my boys’ bathroom, and they were great to work with from start to finish. The leak had spread behind the shower walls and under the tile, and they walked me through everything so I knew exactly what was going on.They removed all the damaged materials and remodeled the bathroom to make it more functional for my boys. The bathroom now looks modern and refreshed, and we love how it turned out.Chris and his team were super professional, patient, and easy to work with, especially when I had questions. They also worked directly with my insurance, which made the whole process so much less stressful.Highly recommend Chris and the Restoration 1 team!I also want to mention that about a year earlier they helped fix a water leak in my basement closet and restored everything afterward. We had a flood in our basement and Restoration 1 was my first call. I cannot say enough good things about Chris and his team! They were wonderful to work with, professional, and made a very stressful situation less stressful. They were fast and efficient from the dry out and demo process all the way to repair, sheetrock, paint, and flooring. Unfortunately, our homeowners insurance did not cover the cost but Chris worked with us and I truly appreciated that.
