We had an issue with water leaking into the walk-in closet from the adjacent shower causing black mould inside our panelwall. Lachlan immediate found the cause and has made the suggestions of the next steps. I appreciate that Bay Plumbing immediately came to our rescueand walked us through on what to do next and referred us to people who can help. He even took off his shoes as he entered our home.
