I deeply love and admire Cheryl as a mentor because of their humility, humor, and approachability. They’re an expert without pretending they have everything figured out already and they don’t lie about the ugly side of healing or how hard it is to actually do the work. No matter what I come to Cheryl with (and it’s been A LOT haha) they have a rare gift for getting to the core of your issue and identifying the most efficient and compassionate way to work through it with a huge arsenal of both metaphysical and science-based modalities. Cheryl is a trauma-informed and ethical healer who is passionate about accessibility for all, and they know how to push you in a way that’s gentle and never feels like too much.
