We have owned this home for nearly 15 years, and since this is our very first landscaping project, we wanted to make sure everything was done perfectly. After being underwhelmed by designs from various firms, I spent months creating my own design and researching plants. I even visited almost every tree nursery around Houston to find the exact plants we wanted. We were looking for a team that could truly bring our vision to life, and luckily, we found Rob and his team.Since I’m not a professional designer, I didn’t have any formal renderings and could only explain my ideas on-site using my hand-drawn sketches. However, Rob caught on to my vision immediately, which really speaks to his intuition and wealth of experience.While leveling the ground, we ran into a lot of difficulty because of the large trees surrounding the house—their roots extended all over the surface of both the front and back yards. Despite the extra labor, Rob and his team were incredibly patient and cleared every single root without a word of complaint. When I apologized for the extra work, Rob just jokingly told me they had nicknamed our place the 'Root House.’Leveling the ground took considerable time, but simultaneously, the team completed the stone edging around the perimeter of the house. They used the highest quality metal edging and weed barriers, and the craftsmanship is simply elegant. These two tasks alone took six full days of meticulous work.Rob and his team's professionalism and high-quality workmanship in paving—both with flagstone and travertine—are truly impressive. They follow a detailed, step-by-step process with such precision that it reflects a rare artisan spirit.Our walkways were designed to be winding and serene, consisting almost entirely of curves. This required extensive cutting and was far more labor-intensive than straight paths, demanding immense experience and patience. The flagstone on both sides of the house took four days, while the backyard travertine took another six. They prioritized quality above all else, never rushing to finish. The flagstone paths are solid and natural, with every stone hand-set; the travertine in the back is even more exquisite—the curves are graceful, the space feels larger, and the final result is unexpectedly beautiful.Beyond their exceptional craftsmanship, they truly go above and beyond. We had a massive boulder, a fountain, and a 100-gallon tree—all incredibly heavy—but Rob and his team of three moved and positioned them perfectly using nothing but their own strength. It was truly impressive and moving to witness. Rob also has a fantastic artistic eye; the way he arranged the stones is simply beautiful.Rob is very organized with a clear workflow, knowing exactly when to lay the flagstone, plant the trees, or install the travertine. They follow a precise daily plan and work tirelessly from 9 AM to 4 PM, barely stopping except for a quick lunch. What’s more, seeing the bond between the father and sons is heartwarming. Beyond providing high-quality work, they bring a sense of warmth and positive energy that stays with you.This was a massive project, yet they completed it in just 21 working days—the efficiency was incredible. Not only are we thrilled and impressed with their work, but our neighbors would constantly stop by to watch the progress. Everyone was eager to see the final result, and now that it’s finished, it’s receiving non-stop compliments.I feel incredibly lucky to have had Rob and his team bring my vision to life. I would highly recommend them to anyone without hesitation!

Robbie and his crew are very conscientious. His bid went into great detail about what they were going to do, materials, etc and they followed through. They constructed a flagstone/ gravel walkway in areas of my yard where grass is not growing. It looks very nice and blends in well with the landscaping.

Rob Stevens delivered truly outstanding work on our paver installation. Over several days, he and his team worked tirelessly and with exceptional care to complete a large scope that included more than 50 individual pavers plus 24” x 24” pavers. He went well beyond by removing previously installed pavers and precisely adjusting the elevations to ensure everything was level, functional, and visually perfect. His craftsmanship, work ethic, and attention to detail are top-tier, and the finished product speaks for itself. I could not be more impressed and would recommend Rob without hesitation to anyone looking for the highest quality work.
