Ruth guides me every step of the way, and focuses on form and proper technique. She is also very on top of any limitations I have, and is working with me to strengthen my weak areas (hello lower back!). I’m loving the changes in my body, and I’m getting stronger too. I am thankful for the opportunity to work with Ruth, in both a group and a private one on one setting. Ruth spends her time focusing on the needs of each individual, our goals and our abilities as well as our limitations. After spending years in the gym with little to no guidance, I have seen and felt a positive change in the short time I have been working out with her. It has made a big difference to my workouts to have her beside me. Little changes have made a big difference to my workout and to my results. I wanted to work with Ruth because I knew that she had lived the lifestyle I was wanting to learn more about. When I reached out to her, I wanted to educate myself with regards to how much food, and what foods, did I actually really need in order to fuel my athletic endeavours as well as assist in repairing post athletic activity. In just 4 months I have lost over 15 lbs through diet alone, improved my mood and general well being, and fueled myself properly for all of the sports that I play as well as properly recovering. I’ve been working with Ruth for a couple of years now and there is a total difference in my physique than when I started. I have an actual booty!
