Ray runs the best kind of family business which is honest and fairly priced. He and his family crew (his son and his brother) replaced my chimney cap which was rusting and leaking. They also replaced the rotting wood. Ray was happy to explain his recommendations and give me options at different price points. The install was professional and looks great. I was surprised when they checked my roof not only from the top but also from inside the house ceiling space. They actually moved carefully through the attic and pointed out areas where heat and moisture were affecting the structure. That inside-out inspection gave a full picture I never had before.
