We had an aging roof and wanted to replace it before mere aging led to damage. After contacting several local companies, we decided to use Ray at Rooftops Unlimited. They were professional, knowledgeable, prompt, very communicative throughout the entire process, and offered the best price. Our new roof looks great and the crew did a great job cleaning up afterwards. Additionally the team provided requested feedback regarding our other concerns re:siding/gutters/chimney and we will likely rehire or use their recommendations to address those concerns. Ray runs the best kind of family business which is honest and fairly priced. He and his family crew (his son and his brother) replaced my chimney cap which was rusting and leaking. They also replaced the rotting wood. Ray was happy to explain his recommendations and give me options at different price points. The install was professional and looks great. Would happily use Rooftops Unlimited again in the future.

I was surprised when they checked my roof not only from the top but also from inside the house ceiling space. They actually moved carefully through the attic and pointed out areas where heat and moisture were affecting the structure. That inside-out inspection gave a full picture I never had before.

They where great did the job as they said they where . Fix my barn back to nearly new and took care of the leak in the roof and cleaned up nicely when they got ready to leave . Prices where great friendly very professional would highly recommended them to anyone whom is looking for a new roof are just getting one a fixer upper. After the inspection they poinred out and explained the damages and how they would correct it . The second experience was a follow-up to a minor maintenance issue.
