If I had the choice to leave NO STARS, I would because this company does not deserve it. After several years of being a customer at The Fogelbach Agency, we decided to cancel our work comp and business liability.The cancellation was the result of unethical and unprofessional customer service. I reached out two weeks ago and wrote an e-mail to Edward Fogelbach himself stating that we are parting ways with his agency. He responded with sending me a form to fill out in order to finalize a cancellation. Two weeks later, our policies are still not cancelled and he has ceased communication after I've expressed frustration.The last time prior to cancelling our insurance policies two weeks ago that I had any contact with Edward himself was several years ago when they were signing us up. Ironically enough he showed up to collect when we stated cancellation.Over the past several years, any time I've called/e-mailed/texted for assistance to The Fogelbach Agency I've either received no response for days or very poor response and service. Being treated as if were an alien of sorts.As a fellow business owner, we take customer service strongly because without them, there is no business. This agency and Mr. Fogelbach himself apparently have an ego problem and a sense of superiority over everyone else.I am 100% dissatisfied with how we were treated, from horrible communication to horrible customer service and would not recommend this agency to anyone.Lessons learned for sure and hopefully for others reading this review.

I was impressed that Ms Gregory said she did not know the answer to one of my rather esoteric questions. She took the time to find an answer rather than just trying to bluff her way through. She also took the time and effort to input the coverage I wanted rather than just inputting the usual coverage. I was very impressed.

We needed better coverage versus what the previous insurance was offering. Ed got on it right away and the proposal from Ed was sent back to me quickly and included everything that I needed for the business. He is very efficient and knowledgeable, he even informed me of some things that the business would benefit from and had been missing.
