Kind, caring, and attention to detail. Was able to get the spa experience, while getting the medical treatment. The nurses checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly and were knowledgeable. Felt better in the days after my NAD infusions.... More

I was not going to leave a bad review because that’s not my style, however after reading that others had the same experience, I figured I will. I went in for an IV today and during the saline rinse, Amy somehow missed my vein and shot saline into my arm. It was an immense amount of pain that I’ve never experienced before in. I’ve had several IV’s and several saline rinses and have never had this issue. My bicep and shoulder hurt incredibly bad and I asked to stop. She suggested we try the other arm and I was so uneasy that I decided to leave instead. I feel bad because I know she’s only trying to help, but I think more training or experience is definitely needed here. Less

I'll be happy to update my review, when we go in and are helped. I've been three times; twice, I stood at the counter for 5-8 minutes and no one ever came out. The second time I went, they were closed an hour before their posted closing time. They might have been busy, but when starting a new business, I would think it would be important to have the front desk staffed for the first few months, to answer questions and welcome new clients. Or, even just a way for whoever is working to know that someone is out front: a bell, or a camera. I sure would like to find out more, as my partner and I are looking to replace our Restore memberships. But, it is hard to do that, when no one is there. Less

Prime IV helped me in my time of need! I have been feeling so fatigued and wanted IV and vitamin therapy. The nurse easily placed an IV without discomfort, and let me choose my LR additive. The infusion room is so clean and relaxing. The zero gravity massage chairs were such a luxury. I look forward to future infusions.... More

I have been debating about sharing my experience at Prime IV- Beaverton but after seeing a review that was identical to my experience I thought I would go ahead and share. I booked an IV appointment online about a month or so ago and when I arrived I was the only one there which was fine since they had only been open a week. The appointment with the PA was fast with some technical difficulties at the beginning but all got sorted. Then came the IV placement- to sum it up it was long, painful and unsuccessful. The nurse was very kind and apologetic but it for sure was not a good experience. I have never had issues before locating a vein when I had gotten previous IVs at restore or other locations. Not only did she miss the vein but she kept the needle in my arm and tried to push the saline fluid in with the hopes of the vein being located. It was awkward and very strange. She then took the IV out and tried to place the needle on the other arm. She didn't feel comfortable trying again so she called in the owner who seemed to just stab my arm without really taking the time intentionally to try to locate the vein. That too was an unsuccessful placement and I left feeling very uneasy. She then left without saying anything and went in her office while the other nurse apologized. She was very remorseful which made me feel really bad leaving. I left thinking well they had just opened so there was grace extended and thoughts of maybe they are just figuring it out so I left politely and sunmed it up to maybe my veins weren't cooperating and it was new business hitters. After thinking about it more and seeing another review with the same feelings/ unease as me I felt I should share my experience. I hope things get sorted since I know starting a new business can be tricky but I also don't want anyone to go through being poked twice over a 50 minute time frame with no success of getting the treatment they were intended to receive. I was bummed since at the time I was a few months postpartum and was so excited for a drip since it made me feel more normal before. All in all it was just bizarre like the other reviewer stated. I had an amazing experience at Prime IV Beaverton! The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, making me feel very comfortable. The massage chairs were absolutely to die for, so relaxing! The spa itself is spotless and has a modern feel that adds to the overall experience. I can't recommend this place enough! I'll definitely be coming back.... More

Everything seemed very unorganized, it was not explained that I needed a telehealth visit with a PA prior to my session, the PA was not available at my appointment time, it was strange and confusing. Upon finally going into the room to begin my treatment, the chair and space looked nothing like the images on social media which felt a little disingenuous, but I was there for the treatment not the fancy chair so went ahead anyway. Then the nurse couldn't place my IV and it really hurt. I've had many IVs and blood draws in my life and have never had an issue once. I began to feel really uncomfortable with the entire situation and decided to leave before I was able to receive my treatment. My experience may have been a one-off, but it left me feeling really unsettled. I'm pregnant and was seeking care to help me feel better, instead it was a really bizarre and upsetting experience. I would not come back and cannot recommend this business whatsoever. To end on a positive note, the facility was very clean and high end looking and the provider who assisted me, although everything was very chaotic and unorganized, was super nice and friendly. Less
