I was delighted with the experience of purchasing a bathroom from Total Bathrooms. It was for a tricky space in a period building. Andy was also unfailingly cheerful and unflappable producing the drawings which we amended following discussion in a couple of respects and nothing was too much trouble . Once I had decided on the final order Total then crucially are willing to recommend fitters and once an estimate has been agreed dovetail the delivery with the fitter’s availability. Aqua Bathrooms provided a prompt estimate , great front office staff and a superb fitter Richard Nash who stripped the bathroom to its foundations ( and solved the drainage problem )and then built the beautiful luxurious bathroom on top with a beautiful finish . It is such a pleasure to use already . Once it is painted it will be perfect 😍 Less

I daren't let them back in my house so i'm having to fork out more money to get trusted qualified plumbers in to sort out the issues! We recently had the pleasure of having our downstairs cloakroom designed and fitted by Total Bathrooms. It started brilliantly with Lee coming out to visit us in the ‘bath car’ and take room dimensions. His thoroughness was evident from the outset with every possible measurement taken and once a brief conversation was had, we made an appointment to visit at the showroom in Bath. To say the showroom is an Aladdin’s cave of bathroom treasures would be an understatement, and our imaginations ran riot at the endless possibilities that lay before us. This was our second meeting with Lee and it was here that we looked at the CAD drawings created from the initial measurements of our cloakroom. It was also at this point that we discovered Lee’s infinite patience and problem solving skills. No matter how many design queries we posed him, he was able to recommend an alternative solution and decipher the cloakroom puzzle. It was during this meeting that we received a list of approved tradespeople that eventually led to us hiring Andre Pyper to fit our cloakroom. A subsequent meeting to choose the white goods and fittings and we were off. Andre and Luke turned up exactly as arranged. To say they worked hard would be an understatement, demolition was quick and effective with mess being kept to a bare minimum. Before we knew it the cloakroom appeared before our eyes, the workmanship exemplary. A slight hitch in materials arriving over, Andre completed the job in a supremely timely fashion. We couldn’t have been happier with the standard of work, communication and general professionalism. Highly recommended. To sum up, in choosing to use Total Bathrooms you will receive a standard of customer service you thought had disappeared; nothing is too much of a problem and the entire process is a seamless delight from start to finish. We have a tiny bathroom with an awkward shape, but Rob managed to come up with the perfect design that met our needs and stayed within our budget, and we now have a beautiful bathroom. Everything was delivered well ahead of the install date and the delivery men even packed all the products for us in the garage meaning we had no work to do ourselves.
