We just left La Concha and we’ll definitely be back! The crème brulee donut was the best donut I’ve ever had. The strawberry cake was perfect- not too sweet. But the real highlight of our visit was the service. Paisley went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I can’t recommend this bakery enough.

I had the pistachio creme cinnamon bun, my husband had them he biscoff cookie croissant and my daughter had the creme brulee jelly doughnut. Everything was incredibly fresh and delicious. The cinnamon roll was a bit too sweet but I am not a sweet tooth. The texture and flakiness was absolutely perfect. The croissant and the doughnut were our favorites..we live near here and didnt know this place existed. We will definitely be back to try more deliciousness.

I recently discovered La Concha bakery and what a delight! Their bakery goods are fresh are delicious. My fav are the conchas and puerquitos and depending on the day they are fresh out of the oven. This bakery has indoor seating, outdoor seating, drip coffee and specialty coffee, Mexican drinks and bottled sodas. They also carry a limited line of homemade sandwiches and other traditional pastries. So come hungry and with an appetite.

First of all once you enter the smells of the bread are wonderful. Great selection of pastries and sell sourdough bread to go. The croissant sandwich are big buttery and fabulous. If you visit Colorado Springs this is a place you need to visit.
