This was a bit of a disappointment… and I always look for positives for reviews.In short, a bunch of young people were working (not the problem) that clearly had little training and didn’t understand the first thing about great customer service (THE PROBLEM… ALWAYS blame ownership and management when this occurs).We ordered our drinks and asked to purchase a couple of cookies for our son that did not come with us. Keep in mind, they were in plain site where everyone could see them.We were told “we are out, those are for tomorrow, so we don’t run out tomorrow”. NOT MAKING THAT UP.We witnessed two other customers that were told the same thing when they asked the same question. One left without our her purchasing something. I was dumbfounded… this is how they think is taking care of the customer that’s actually in front of them.To top things off, they got the drink order wrong. My wife ordered an iced latte, I ordered a hot one. I even requested it by saying “I’ll have a hot one” after she ordered. He asked, a hot Latte? To which I said, yes, sorry… the same thing, only hot.Minutes later they handed us both an iced latte. When I told them it was wrong, the same guy I ordered it with said, ”I thought because it was hot outside you wanted an “iced” latte”.They remade my drink.My wife’s iced latte was so overfilled with milk it was not drinkable and she threw it away. My corrected hot latte was good so that is the only reason I gave 3 stars.So to close this review…. Management, get ahold of your training and culture…you have had some success but it was not evident today. Based on some reviews I read “after” coming here…things have been slipping for a bit.
