I didn’t even know that this place existed but I sure am glad that I found out about it . I just had a blueberry muffin and it was the best one I ever tasted. I never eat the whole thing and I did when I went here. I had Cappuccino and it was delicious! It is a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. The service is wonderful and the people are friendly and professional. I will be back to taste the rest of the pastries and other goodies I saw in the display case.

This has to be hands down, no argument, no two ways about it the best Bakery and Coffee shop in all of Colorado. Family run, full of delicious pastries, coffee, sandwiches...and the list goes on. Now, it's true I have not visited all of the Bakery houses in the State, and I am open to learning about others---but as of now, and now is all that matters, La Concha is the place. Love it, love it, love it. Maybe my wife will ask them to bake my birthday Cake this year. Yes, that would be epic! Update - 5-30-26; Ok I have now been to many other bakeries in the state, and I will put La Concha at the top of the list. Yes others have great pastries and breads and such. But they do not offer the entire experience of what a real working bakery is. La Concha masterfully triggers all your senses, sight, sound, aroma, and most important, the feeling that life is not long enough for you to taste everything they have to offer. Hey but I'm gonna try...and yes this year, they will be making my birthday Cake December 26! Yay me!!!

At first glance it looked like an everyday bakery.A little cramped and few options for sitting in.However once you take a look at the food, it is without a doubt clear why it is so busy. Absolutely amazing variety and combinations. Has honestly the biggest stuffed croissants I have ever seen. I highly recommend it, especially if your sweet tooth is taking over.

Nice quiet coffee shop. I've only had the creme brulee donut but it is now a favorite in this house. Good cappuccino and cortado as well. I'll be back.

I was looking for a place to study near my house that wasn't a library (I get distracted looking for novels 😔) and this seemed to be the ticket! I was in there for about 2½ hours, give or take, and they didn't chase me off with a broom even though all I got was a chai latte and a donut.Speaking of the food though, it was top tier! They have a wide selection of baked goods, and I got a little overwhelmed trying to pick, so I asked for a recommendation. The girl working the register (I didn't catch her name, but she was so nice! Even though I was awkward as hell 😭) recommendation the crème brūlée donut to go with my spicy chai (which was also just- ugh! So good!) And it was just marvelous. The sugar top had such a satisfying crunch and the vanilla bean filling was to DIE for.It did get loud and busy in fits and spurts, but I had my headphones in to listen to my lecture anyways lol. The ambiance was good, the seating area was cozy, and they didn't take umbrage with me monopolizing a corner of their dining area for a few hours. 10/10, will return.
