not sure why this place is viral. i just got a croissant and a small coffee but there wasn't any coffee after 15 minutes so they made me an americano which was so sour...it might have been the worst tasting coffee I have ever had, I've never gagged on coffee before. They needd some adults supervising this place

These pastries were INCREDIBLE!! Freshly made, they always had some coming into the display from the oven. We got the chocolate croissant, pistachio cinnamon roll, plain cinnamon roll, and apple strudel. All tasted amazing and service was quick and nice.

Food was good staff were polite, however, these strange people seemingly abducted me and placed me in this small establishment they kept claiming I was their grandfather, and that I knew them throwing allegations of Alzheimer’s. Aside from that, though the coffee is amazing and I look forward to my next visit.

I waited about 45 minutes for some to-go pastries. The initial length of line did not deter me as many bakeries in town have lines. The problem is that the system was very inefficient and the employees seemed to have no desire to speed things along. I felt bad for the people dining in because no staff member redirected the line away from them. Not enough pre-built boxes, staff have to take on and off gloves because they handled the pastries AND rang you up...the sourdough is way over-priced and the lemon tart was extremely sweet. The croissant prices were reasonable.Addition: my hometown, which has similar prices to the Springs, has a James Beard award-winning baker who charges under $9 for his sourdough.

Yum! We loved the Almond Croissant, Chocolate Croissant and Strawberry Croissant. Made another stop today to get brownie, chocolate chip cookie and more croissants.
