Tucked away from busy highway 115 and Cheyenne rd., is the most amazing bakery. I'd never been there before, and I wasn't sure what to expect, but the moment I walked into the cozy bakery, I knew I had just discovered a hidden gem. The smells were so incredible, and the sight of all the amazing choices. I half thought to myself, "This must be heaven!" From freshly baked breads to oversized donuts, and cakes, I wondered how anyone could leave without buying, at minimum, one of everything! They were very busy of course, after all, it was Saturday morning. Despite that fact, it wasn't long before the lady behind the counter asked what I wanted. I was just so taken back by the enormous amounts of wonderfully delicious choices, all my mouth could do was drool. I had to tell her to help the next person because I couldn't decide. Not only do they sell top of the line pastries and cakes, they had enormous flaky croissants; plain and some stuffed with eggs, cheese, and ham, sausage, or bacon. They also sell freshly ground cups of coffee in many different varieties as well as teas and special hot cocoa. They had sub sandwiches for lunch which also made my tummy growl. The cafe area where you could set and eat in, was very small, but that didn't stop the loads of people from coming in. The young lady who helped me was very polite and helpful. I highly recommend this small bakery with big tastes. You won't regret stopping in. I can't wait to go back and try one of the other fabulous selections they have. Maybe it'll be the carrot cake, or wait, maybe the matzipan, or the flan, or the cheese cake, or ... Oh deciding what to choose from will be your only problem here. See you there!
