It's a great local bakery, but don't sleep on the coffee either! If you are anywhere near, definitely try it out.

This has to be hands down, no argument, no two ways about it the best Bakery and Coffee shop in all of Colorado. Family run, full of delicious pastries, coffee, sandwiches...and the list goes on. Now, it's true I have not visited all of the Bakery houses in the State, and I am open to learning about others---but as of now, and now is all that matters, La Concha is the place. Love it, love it, love it. Maybe my wife will ask them to bake my birthday Cake this year. Yes, that would be epic! Update - 5-30-26; Ok I have now been to many other bakeries in the state, and I will put La Concha at the top of the list. Yes others have great pastries and breads and such. But they do not offer the entire experience of what a real working bakery is. La Concha masterfully triggers all your senses, sight, sound, aroma, and most important, the feeling that life is not long enough for you to taste everything they have to offer. Hey but I'm gonna try...and yes this year, they will be making my birthday Cake December 26! Yay me!!! Update 90726- La Concha keeps getting better and better. Judging by the line extending out the door and down the sidewalk, you would think people were lined up to see their favorite book author -- like Steve Gallegos -- but nope, that are all here for the most epic egg, bacon and cheese croissant ever!!!! And staff members like Sonia make the experience extraordinary. Thank you La Concha!!

Pretty disappointing experience here. I placed an order in the afternoon for this evening. They never even got the order , but they took my money and never made my pastries , which were for a birthday party for my mom. Left us hanging big time, didn't offer to make it up.Just offered us some stuff that's in their case at the end of the night. Didnt offer to make what they were supposed to for me. Very disappointed , my first experience and absolute last experience. Should learn how to take care of your customers when you drop the ball. No sorry, just we can't find the order. Kinda scary that they can take your money and not find your order. I had to show screenshots or I would have probably been out of luck. Can't stress enough we ordered these for my mom's birthday just to have them drop the ball. Hopefully no one else has this experience ordering from here for a event.

Meh. I like seeking out bakeries when I go out of town. This place looked great online. My wife got the ham and cheese croissant and I got the apple strudel. I also got an espresso and she got a chai latte. My wife was very happy with hers, but I was disappointed in the strudel. While the puff pastry was light and of good texture, there was little to no apple filing or flavoring to be found. You would not have known the flavor profile of this pastry unless told.The price out the door was $29. I realize we have been subjected to an inflationary economy, but $30 for two pastries and two coffee drinks is not a good value. At some point in time people will just say, no thanks. I’ll stay at home for breakfast, brew my own coffee, and seek out a home based pastry option.
