I have rented a small commercial space from HPH and found them to be an excellent company to deal with. They are responsive, professional and extremely supportive landlords. They have high standards and their properties reflect that. The maintenance and cleanliness of their properties and the speed of response and high level communication from the company itself is above and beyond what I have experienced with previous commercial landlords. In addition, their commitment to environmental issues and drive to ensure their spaces function with the lowest possible carbon footprint, is refreshing and to be commended.
