I highly recommend AC Service Pros, from the estimate to the install of my new furnace and AC condenser they were punctual and knowledgeable, explained everything thoroughly during the estimate and during the install. They respected my home and cleaned up after themselves. Even took the time to make sure I understood how to operate the new smart thermostat. The entire staff was friendly and respectful, I enjoyed talking with them. They may be a smaller company but definitely have the experience and knowledge of a bigger company! Their prices cannot be beat, a bigger company has a ton of overhead that is passed on to the consumer, I called 4 companies for estimates and compared them all side by side and hands down AC Service Pros not only beat their prices but came with a much better service plan then the others!! We met with an estimator to have A/C installed in a 100 year old home. The guy was awesome, took detailed notes, measurements, etc. He was supposed to get back to us about 2 weeks later with rough estimate and to schedule another walkthrough. That was early May. It’s now June and we’ve heard nothing. No responses to emails, etc. I understand if you can’t do the job but it would have been professional to at least let us know the job is too big. Our experiece with this company was amazing, start to finish. We are over the moon about the job that Brandon & Isaac did at our home! We needed our heat pump system relocated which used to be right in front of our house. The estimate was given & job was scheduled on the spot. No waiting around for a quote! They sent text reminders for the scheduled work in the meantime which was very convenient. Then they arrived on time on the scheduled date and finished the job flawlessly, same day. We claimed the bathtub water dripping , but the technician diagnosed wrong, he replaced the tub spout and short pipe, but did not fix the water dripping issue. We spend $950, but the problem isn’t resolved. So disappointed. We have to fix the water dripping by ourselves Less
