Very easy process, and professional. Used the 20 ft trailer for a tractor. Well maintained trailer and used the provided heavy duty straps. You can tell they take pride in maintaining their equipment. Highly recommend if in need for a trailer.

Reached out, got the trailer within the hour, and had new straps, was very good condition, and had no issues with it. The owner is SUPER friendly too, and gave a detailed tour and tutorial of everything on the trailer. Definitely renting their trailers again whenever I need one!
