We had our double sided log burner installed a couple of years ago by this team (it heats the lounge and hall so some heat goes upstairs, and it looks stunning) which was a great experience - clean and tidy, fully demo’ed and I made a video of Phil showing exactly how to build the fire just so ‘we all had the same training’ and any of us could start it off. Since then we have annual chimney sweep / inspections and again they come in, sort it out, do the safety tests and we are all set for another year. Great team, fantastic service and if we have a problem we know they will help us sort it out. Thank you!

Needed a chimney sweep and the service was excellent from start to finish. Very friendly & professional and I was booked in quickly. Phil also shared plenty of helpful tips for someone who isn’t great at building a fire! Would 100% recommend and will definitely use again.
