From our first meeting we could tell that Dave and Maria were going to be rockstars and the fact that they are so actively involved with HART sealed their fate (I’m kidding, we’re great. I think).Dave and Maria were with us during every step of our incredibly stressful sale and helped us navigate every twist and turn thrown at us with level heads and solid plans of action. They went above and beyond to get our sale to the finish line.Similarly, they accommodated every showing request we had quickly and approached purchasing a new home with a calmness that would make most people (me) jealous. One of the absolute best referrals I’ve ever had was for Dave and Maria! Super professional with quick response times to our MANY queries. We sold our current home and purchased the new home with them and I just can’t say enough good things about the whole experience. Dave knows Edmonton so well and was able to direct us to the neighbourhoods that suited our needs.
