Steven over at Finly took a late afternoon call from us as we had a emergency on our home job...he took time for us, heard us out, and found a way to help even though he didn't have to. We had multiple back-to-back pours scheduled in our town with a local company, and turns out we did not have enough color powder on-hand. We live in Rockbridge County, more than an hour away, and these guys at Finly got an order in for us, made room and got color done for pick up the next AM, which pretty much saved our butts and our concrete pours (which we had been delayed on a total of 3 times already by our local plant in Lex)...so so so much stress we have endured and so much work and coordinating because there is a sheer lack of honest contractors and available labor in our region... But these guys came through for us in a bind, and though we only bought color from them, I truly do recommend them if you want to work with good folks in SW VA. Great customer service, and very human! Thank you Steven and team for making a difference for us and our family this week. We greatly appreciate you and won't forget the support every time we look down at our long-awaited patio/pathways (with the right color mixed in!).

I have had the pleasure to use this company twice now. The first time October 2024, I was told about this company from another business owner that had replaced a well pump for me. I spoke with Mike on the phone and Mr. George Logwood agreed to go out on a Saturday to see what was wrong, he was a gem! He arrived at the residence found the septic, cleaned out the roots, pumped off the septic tank and made small adjustments that he needed; everything was flowing properly. The 2nd trip was March 2025 my tenant was having same kind of issue but this time the 60+ year old pipes were decaying and broken Mr. George and Mike worked their magic with an inclusion of an estimate to repair the discharge pipes and make the septic system work properly! I am thankful for their assistance and communication to let me know what was happening. I live now in North Carolina, it is a GREAT feeling to have QUALITY people in my Hometown that I can call and depend on to do the job RIGHT and at a FAIR price when I can’t be in Lynchburg. Thank you both again for everything, you made a scary event become something I can understand. Jen works in the office; was so pleasant and accommodating processing my payment over the phone and sending my receipt through email to me timely! Well DONE my new friends! Thanks for making this a comfortable situation!

I have had the worst experience with the drivers and this company. The owners have the worst and most negative attitude towards there customers. Today I literally had to argue with the drive while my concrete set in the truck and set up on me. So the guys doing my work wasn’t even able to finish the job. I spent $1100.00 on concrete but can’t get my job finished then the driver left my yard messed completely up. Believe me this isn’t over yet this is the second time it has happened.

They took forever to come out and when they did we had further problems attempted to call with no return call and also sent emails with no response but they had no problem taking the payment for the work. The work was done in November and they have yet to call back.
