Over the last 12 months I’ve had a number of appointments with Anne with a view to help with PTSD and anxiety. The treatments involved both Spinal Flow and Reflexology.Anne has an amazing spirit and possesses a wonderful healing presence and energy.Her approach seems to help the body function more harmoniously, while restoring a sense of peace, clarity and calm to both body and mind.After my treatments, I feel calmer, lighter and more like myself.
