KEYPRIME did our new roof in March 2025 after the storm Helene of 2024, I also add gutters. Mr. Pat personally explained what the company could do for me. He is very knowledgeable and made the whole process so easy. He also brought Mr. Scott to our initial meeting, which is the project. mangr. Mr. Scott suggested additional improvements to new roof and gutters installments, which I accepted because they where sound improvements. Once we set the starte date the roofing crew came on time. They was organized and cleaned up after themselves you could not tell I had a crew on my property that day.KEYPRIME is a great company to allow to work on any home. They go above and beyond! We had our roof replaced last fall by another company after storm damage. They did a fine job but were horrible to work with. Only a week after getting the brand new roof someone ran a vehicle into the garage messing up the roof and facia. We got a quote from the same company that did the roof, giving them an opportunity to repair the relationship but decided to get a competitive quote from Keyprime as well. Keyprime came in at a lower cost and the customer service was excellent. So glad we went with them. Knik and Armondo did a fantastic job on the roof repair. They were friendly, and Michael, our project manager, called to give us the "bad news" that there was a little more work than expected, they couldn't get an exact color/texture match on the facia, and they had inspected our entire house and found some loose soffit. They did the additional work, fixed the loose soffit, and found the best possible match (can't tell unless you climb a ladder and look closely) all at no additional charge. Michael followed up the next day by inspecting the work himself and calling to make sure we were happy with the job they had done. Wow, just wow! They are the best! Less
