They go above and beyond! We had our roof replaced last fall by another company after storm damage. They did a fine job but were horrible to work with. Only a week after getting the brand new roof someone ran a vehicle into the garage messing up the roof and facia. We got a quote from the same company that did the roof, giving them an opportunity to repair the relationship but decided to get a competitive quote from Keyprime as well. Keyprime came in at a lower cost and the customer service was excellent. So glad we went with them. Knik and Armondo did a fantastic job on the roof repair. They were friendly, and Michael, our project manager, called to give us the "bad news" that there was a little more work than expected, they couldn't get an exact color/texture match on the facia, and they had inspected our entire house and found some loose soffit. They did the additional work, fixed the loose soffit, and found the best possible match (can't tell unless you climb a ladder and look closely) all at no additional charge. Michael followed up the next day by inspecting the work himself and calling to make sure we were happy with the job they had done. Wow, just wow! They are the best! Less

Like so many homes around the Minneapolis area, our roof and supporting systems (gutters) received extensive damage from the August 11, 2023 hailstorm. I immediately started working with another firm who were disingenuous with us regarding the timing of our roof repairs so, I terminated them. The months passed by and other roofing companies made promises but never followed through. In mid July, I received a very strong referral from one of my neighbors for KeyPrime Roofing. From the initial outreach and subsequent inspection, repairs and installation of our new roof )complete with new decking material and new, galvanized, semi round gutters the entire process has happened exactly as presented by Pat. In addition to the dedicated group of installers, the real secret to KeyPrime Roofing success is their back office team that coordinates everything. Did I mention that the KeyPrime Roofing team was working on a very tight timeline? The work had to be completed by August 11th, 2024 and they beat that target by a couple of days. So impressed are we with the KeyPrime process that they are helping us with another important project, replacing our 101 year old, DYI repaired front steps. I recently had Pat from Keyprime out to my property. He was prompt, knowledgeable and most of all honest. I had a few things I thought was because of siding issues and would need replacement. Pat took the time to walk through the issues with me and offer simple inexpensive fixes for the issues. On top of that helped get someone to take care of the issues! He could've told me I needed all new Siding and I wouldn't have known the wiser. Instead Pat was honest and straightforward. That is a tough thing to find these days, especially in the contractor world. Lastly their team in their headquarters is amazing.
