We recently had our home serviced by this company after seeing one of their ads on Facebook. What initially caught our attention was their scorpion "flush out" service, as we dealt with a significant scorpion problem during the summer of 2025. We've already seen one scorpion this year and wanted to be proactive before the summer season really gets underway.
We've had the same pest control company for years, so making a change wasn't something we took lightly. After our experience with Byron, however, we're glad we gave them a try. Byron was incredibly thorough and professional. He took the time to explain everything he was doing to my wife and spent nearly two hours at our property. While I understand regular services may not always take that long, his attention to detail and willingness to educate us stood out.
One of the biggest differences we noticed compared to our previous provider was the level of care and inspection. Our former pest control company was typically in and out within 15 minutes, despite our home being nearly 3,000 square feet. Byron took the time to thoroughly inspect and treat the property, including removing spider webs and dusting areas that had often been overlooked in the past.
Scheduling was also a great experience. The office staff was professional, friendly, and genuinely interested in earning our business. They were responsive, thorough, and made the entire process easy from start to finish.
