⭐️ One star because apparently leaving unwanted advertisements at people’s front doors is part of your business model. I do not want advertisements left at my door. If I wanted your services, I would seek you out. Please respect people’s homes and their “no soliciting” preferences instead of leaving unwanted junk behind. Not a great first impression of your company.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We recently had our home serviced by this company after seeing one of their ads on Facebook. What initially caught our attention was their scorpion "flush out" service, as we dealt with a significant scorpion problem during the summer of 2025. We've already seen one scorpion this year and wanted to be proactive before the summer season really gets underway. We've had the same pest control company for years, so making a change wasn't something we took lightly. After our experience with Byron, however, we're glad we gave them a try. Byron was incredibly thorough and professional. He took the time to explain everything he was doing to my wife and spent nearly two hours at our property. While I understand regular services may not always take that long, his attention to detail and willingness to educate us stood out. One of the biggest differences we noticed compared to our previous provider was the level of care and inspection. Our former pest control company was typically in and out within 15 minutes, despite our home being nearly 3,000 square feet. Byron took the time to thoroughly inspect and treat the property, including removing spider webs and dusting areas that had often been overlooked in the past. Scheduling was also a great experience. The office staff was professional, friendly, and genuinely interested in earning our business. They were responsive, thorough, and made the entire process easy from start to finish. Between the excellent customer service and Byron's exceptional work, they've earned our business. If you're looking for a pest control company, especially for scorpion control, or are considering switching providers, I highly recommend giving them a call. Thank you, Byron, for the outstanding service!

My door clearly states No Soliciting and yet they still knock on my door. When I answered and made that clear, he acted like he couldn't read. I won't use a company that thinks knocking on a door with a clear sign is okay. Even though I do need someone, I will find my own. Thanks.

I’ve been using orange pest control for years now and have always been satisfied with all the technicians. Today Max C went above and beyond. I am/was having a wasp problem . He came back after his initial visit because I found a hole they were flying into . He treated the area and said if problem continues to call . Amazing service. Highly recommend!!!
