Southwest did an excellent job. Great communication from start to finish, sent out a solid crew respectful workers who worked hard and kept a clean work area, which is always much appreciated. Delivered on everything they said they would.

Prompt and courteous. Took time to explain what he had done to fix the opener and some hints about basic operation. Also said that I SHOULD complete warranty registration!
