Garage door broke, called these guys up own a Tuesday afternoon, and spoke to a lady on the phone who asked me to send photos of the issue, and she said they'd get right back to me with a quote. I did exactly what was asked of me, and come Friday afternoon, they had not bothered to do anything at all. So frankly, if they can't even manage to courteously respond to an email, I wouldn't trust them at all, especially not with something as complex and demanding as a garage door!
