I have just booked what I thought was an impossible once in a lifetime trip! To say that Catherine give me confidence in what I was doing is an understatement, she has made a dream a reality and all at a fraction of the cost. I give Catherine some vague ideas of what I was looking to do and hoped she could make it work. Well I have just paid my deposit and have a plan in place to make our Florida trip next April the best. I cannot thank her enough for her help and ongoing support. This is the first time I have booked with an independent travel agent and I am so glad I took the chance and asked the question I was so worried about asking. Thank you
