There was no subflooring put down, so all of the tile has cracked throughout the house. Basically this was a flip home done with lipstick and this company didn’t even come close to finding anything out and has caused us a fortune. And continues to cost us a fortune , because they did not do their job. The job that they are actually supposed to do. I reached out online for information and they were very prompt getting back to me. They addressed all my questions and concerns so I scheduled the inspection with the add-on drain inspection. On the scheduled day they called and due to a cancellation they asked if they could come earlier, I agreed and they gave me a projected arrival time. They arrived on time and got right to work outside. The 2 of them each worked/inspected areas thoroughly all along the drive, sidewalks, foundation, utilities, siding and roof. They moved inside checking the garage, attic and interior of the home again very thoroughly.. They took pictures of everything and used a temperature sensor to check all appliances, air vents, etc. Once they were finished they came in for a verbal review and to let me know what to expect when I received the final inspection documents later that evening. Just as explained I received the documents and yes they were very detailed and informative. If I find myself moving again I will certainly be calling them again, well worth the peace of mind. Less
