Jordan arrived as scheduled and very polite. He was conducting the Pre-Drywall inspection. Was very knowledgeable and spoke in terms non-construction people could understand. He spoke with my contractor, going over some of the things he found. He told me he was impressed with my build. He provided a report the same day, so that I could forward to my contractor to address the "minor" items that should be taken care of before drywall installation. I would recommend him to anyone that is doing a new build construction.

Jordan with NEW Home Inspections was a fantastic and detailed inspector. He completed our new construction pre-closing inspection, wind mitigation report for insurance, and a sewer scope to ensure no debris was found. NHI handled everything from start to finish including setting up date and time directly with the builder, completing the inspection as scheduled, and sending the report to the builder as well. He set our minds at ease and thoroughly explained the process and his findings directly with us, answering any questions we had. We will be using NHI again for our 11 month warranty inspection when the time comes! I would absolutely recommend this company.
