I hired the Services of NEW Home Inspections to conduct a Pre-Drywall Inspection of my new home under construction. Communication with the Owner Jordan Berman was very good before, during & after the Inspection. I thought the Price was very reasonable and well worth it. But most importantly was the Inspection and the Report I received afterwards was very Impressive, detailed and very thorough. My Realtor stated to me that she has never seen a better Inspection Report than this one. I will definitely use NEW Home Inspections on any future inspections when needed. I Highly Recommend them!

Excellent service and extremely thorough inspection. Super detailed, I mean super detailed, a faulty washer on a faucet that is shut off. I mean, who finds that?? Jordan has done two houses for me during this purchasing cycle and absolutely saved me from buying a money pit the first time and he just sent me an inspection for the house we are going to buy. Easy to read reports, the issues found are color coded so you can easily understand what is meaningful and what is just “good to know”. I am very confident in buying this house now.
