New Home Inspections, 5 stars! I have used this company twice now, and it has saved me a LOT of $$$. 1st time saved $ because the very thorough inspection came back with some bad defects in the house. This allowed me to exit that contract, no fault of mine.The second time, they did even better! Inspection brought a number of items to the table that needed to be fixed. Using the report, successful negotiations were made with Seller to fix majority of defects detected. Else, I would have been stuck with the surprises. Major $$$ save.Jordan went above and beyond during the inspection and afterwards. He was very detailed in the report, and also ad-hoc post inspection verbally detailing the highlights. He was also very fair in his business, as he refunded me for a Permits report, that did not require a great deal of his labor. In addition, when more information during the re-roof came to light, Jordan quickly updated the report to satisfy my insurance needs.NHI, well done! Will call you next time.Mike :B>
