Steve helped me gain clairty on the 'How TOs" of diet and exericise. He gave me practical applications to help me achieve my desired goals for eating and exercise. I've had several trainers over the years, but none took the time to help learn how to eat healthy and still enjoy eating. It's now a part of my lifestyle and I still enjoy eating the things I like just in a way that is healthy. I would highly recommend Health Coach Steve if your looking to be successful with your overall health and wellness!!

Breaksdown information so that it is easy to understand and digest. The mindset shift is the biggest achievement that I've gained from working with Steve. It starts in the mind and the actions follow.

I have been preparing for my first half marathon and I came in with little experience. Steve has been able to give me excellent advice from diet, stretching, and strength training to get me ready for this run. Highly recommend him!

Working with Health Coach Steve has been such a blessing in my health journey. From day one, I felt seen, heard, and supported. He never made me feel judged or pressured. Instead, he met me where I was and helped me focus on making small, sustainable changes that fit my life.As someone who has gone through gastric bypass surgery in January 2026, I appreciated that Steve always emphasized building lifelong habits instead of looking for quick fixes. He helped me better understand nutrition, celebrate progress over perfection, and stay focused on becoming healthier one choice at a time. His encouragement and accountability gave me confidence, especially on the days when the journey felt challenging.I'm grateful not only for what I've learned, but also for the mindset shift I've experienced. My health is no longer about chasing a number on the scale—it's about honoring my body, taking care of myself, and creating habits that will last a lifetime. If you're looking for a coach who genuinely cares, listens well, and wants to see you succeed, I wholeheartedly recommend Health Coach Steve. I'm incredibly thankful that he's been part of my journey.

Steve is hands down the BEST coach and trainer. I first hired him years ago after I had my son and I was having trouble losing the baby weight. He got me into the amazing shape and taught me so much about lifting weights and nutrition. Years later, I hired him again when I felt I needed someone to push and guide me to meet my new goals. He developed a program suited to my schedule and needs, and provided endless encouragement and motivation. Thank you Steve!

I’ve known Coach Steve for over five years, and one of the biggest things he helped me with was getting unstuck. He’s practical, honest, and straight to the point. He takes time to understand your real life and builds around that. No one-size-fits-all plan. I felt supported, not judged, and walked away with clear, doable steps that I could own for myself longtime. I’m forever grateful 🫶🏾

I lost 100lbs through exercise and diet while being a working executive with a young child. Steve was an important part of that journey - his sense of humor and wisdom were just as impactful to my longs days as the actual exercise and nutritional guidance. My mental and physical health are still in great shape many years later AND I still eat donuts, occasionally.

Steve worked with me to identify small habits that would help improve my health and fitness. He is personable and excels at explaining nutritional concepts in a way anyone can understand. As a result of his coaching, I am much more mindful of my needs at different times of the day, before and after workouts.

Steve is great to work with. Meets you where you are with what you can do in that moment. He has an incredible knack for seeing through the various challenges to identify the underlying hurdles to unlock more opportunities to succeed. For me, it has been improving sleep, and developing strategies to keep bad sleep days from snowballing, to provide more energy for nutrition and fitness. I have a ton more energy and I'm more productive at work and feeling good.

An incredible coach! Patient, understanding, and truly effective. Steve goes beyond just diet and exercise—helping me work through the mental and emotional side of weight loss and healthy living. His guidance and tips, which support those who live a busy lifestyle, will be things that I hold on to forever. I am grateful to work with him!

After identifying goals at the start, Steve was able to patiently show me how to eat and what items of food represent and with discipline and Steve’s guidance we reached our goals in no time

I’ve done weight watchers, atkins, intermittent fasting, you name it. I’ve yo-yo’d with my weight for years. What I like about Steve’s approach is he makes your nutrition plan simple and sustainable for your lifestyle by changing the relationship you have around food. When you have the knowledge AND a healthy mentality around food, you can make better choices that will not only help you reach your goals but will also maintain them for the long run. I am hopeful that I will no longer yo- yo my way through life anymore. Thanks Steve!

I’m so grateful for my health coach, Steve. From the very beginning, he has been incredibly supportive and kind, making me feel understood and encouraged every step of the way. What stood out to me the most was how he tailored his approach to my specific needs instead of giving me a one-size-fits-all plan. He helped me make gradual, realistic changes to my eating habits, which made the process so much easier and more sustainable. Thanks to his patience and guidance, I feel more confident in my health journey than ever before. Highly recommend!

Steve is knowledgeable, non-judgmental, extremely supportive, and patient. Working with Steve over the past 10 years has been very rewarding! He has helped me reach my goals, been patient with me when I lost sight of my goals and helped me refocus. I would recommend him as a coach and trainer to anyone looking for real guidance and real results!

I had the pleasure of working with Steve Evans for nearly 5 months during the first part of 2025. I found him to be professional, personable, and genuinely interested in helping me achieve results. Steve has a naturally upbeat demeanor and his "you got this" attitude is infectious. I lost 11 pounds in a matter of weeks. Unfortunately, I broke a bone and had to suspend our working together as I underwent surgery and physical therapy to recover from the injury. I will definitely consider working with Steve again once I have recovered.

2025-07-02T19:08:13.436Z

I started working with Steve because I was ready to fine tune my fitness journey. After starting with a group strength training class and seeing results, I needed help with incorporating other healthy habits to reach my fitness goals. Steve has helped me take control of my health by teaching me how to set realistic goals and helped shape my perspective on the lifestyle changes I am attempting to make; not just losing weight but being healthy, fit, strong and confident in my body. He has provided the necessary accountability so I stay focused which has resulted in me to seeing the scale move quicker than when I was just working out. The best thing about working with Steve is knowing that I am working with someone who is knowledgeable and who takes the success of his clients very seriously. He listens to my concerns, reminds me to show myself grace when needed and also pushes me when I need the extra help to stay focused on my goals.

I initially signed up for coaching with a goal in mind as I had a wedding I was going to be in, in 3 short months and the dress I had did not fit as nicely as it could have. Challenge for me was not being confident enough to go in a gym and use equipment properly or know Why I was using it. Within a few weeks of getting with Steve, he was able to show me how to use the equipment in the gym and focus on the areas of my body I was trying to target and in no time that dress fit perfectly! Fast forward to now I am totally confident to go in the gym without Steve (although not my preference lol) and get through an entire workout alone! Pair that with a balanced nutrition plan and consistency, I'd say to anyone thinking about signing up, Stop, and just Do It!

Working with Steve has been a great experience! He customized a nutrition and exercise plan for my specific situation. I’m a mother of 3 young children, who works from home, and homeschools. My days are busy and he helps me to acknowledge the decisions that are not giving me the results I want and then formulates a plan to help correct it. He’s patient, knowledgeable, and I believe he truly wants me to succeed and create new habits that will not only get me the results I want, but also the life I want. Though I have an educational background in fitness and was a former athlete, it’s been great working with Steve and having that additional accountability person to help shed light on things I may overlook. I’d recommend working with him if you’re looking for help in any aspect of your fitness and nutritional journey.

Coach Stephen is very approachable and his tips were very easy to manage/obtain given my busy schedule. He offered some viable information that actually helped me lose weight and stay on track with eating healthy. We also worked out together and the Workout plan was very effective and it wasn’t long.
