You should 100% get your car detailed here. He did so good and was so honest and extremely sweet. I don’t have one single complaint. My car was pretty bad honestly, especially the seats. He listened to my concerns and really focused on those areas. He did it pretty quickly too and was super flexible. I wish I had before and after photos but trust. It looks literally amazing.

Just had my daily car detailed here. I had to use it over the summer while coaching softball which was a muddy stained mess!! Smitty's detailed it and I was beyond amazed!! Also take my 4 Runner here to get detailed, washed, and a ceramic coating. They are absolutely great to work with! Great communications, great people and they do great work! HIGHLY recommend!!

Small towns often have some of the best hidden secrets and Smitty’s Detail Shop in Wilmington, OH is exactly that.I bought a 2012 Toyota Camry which appeared to be clean on the surface but I know the previous owner was a smoker. So I needed to take it to be deep cleaned and to a place that had attention to detail and was a reasonable price. I began searching around and found a few places closer to my work but they are booked out weeks and on the more expensive side. Then I ran across Smitty's in the Real Change Wilmington Newspaper and reached out for a quote.From this point forward every single aspect has exceeded my expectations (and to be fair I am over critical and have a demand for attention to detail). Jake (the owner) personally called me back, talked to me longer than he should have and gave me a few options with pricing and schedule. I prefer to support local for a multitude of reasons but only living here for a few years I don't always know who is legit or not.I decided to give Smitty's a chance so I took my vehicle in, used their drop box and left it the night before. His team to include Tyler (I think that was his name) began to dig in and start the cleaning the next morning. Shortly after Jake called me and said that the detailing was coming along well but the carpets were filthy and he wanted to clean them deeper so he asked if I could leave it over the weekend. Not gonna lie I was hesitant to leave it there but he said that they wanted to go heavier on the carpets and leave it open with fans on so it could dry properly.I returned on Monday to pick it up and I barely recognized the inside of the vehicle. No exaggeration, it was detailed from top to bottom. Plastics were gleaming, leather was fully restored and the carpets were thoroughly cleaned (and nearly completely dried). I am honestly shocked at how well it cleaned up. For a 2012 it looked brand spanking new. Once I got it home and went through it with a fine tooth comb I expected to clean some areas that were missed (again as I have obsessive attention to detail, so I don't mind doing it). But to my surprise I only found 2 small things (some dirt spots in the trunk and some cleaning in the middle of the gear shifter when it was out of park).As an actual customer reviewing my experience (which I wasn't compensated to do) I am now a customer for life. If you are looking for a fair priced detailing, honest employees who have the attention to detail that most are lacking you have to give Smitty's a try. You won't be disappointed, thanks y’all!
