My husband and I were not really looking yet for a home but “fell into” one we loved. We had no realtor let alone a mortgage lender or pre-approval. We contacted Rob literally on the fly from an airport. As soon as we returned from our trip and decided we wanted to put in an offer on our house, Rob’s team helped us get the pre-approval documents into a portal on a Friday night and issued the pre-approval letter that night.
