Best local place to get coffee. Can be a bit expensive, but I'd rather spend money here than at a chain coffee shop. They also sell little locally-made jewelry and trinkets. The drive-thru gets long at certain times of day, but I always walk up anyway. My 5 year old and I love to sit in their outdoor seating area, specifically the "greenhouse".

The Lost Alaskan has been on my radar for quite some time, and I finally decided to check it out today during my lunch break. I went through the walk-up window instead of the drive-thru, and the barista was so friendly and personable. We were able to chat while my drink was being made, and everything came out quickly, which made it an easy and enjoyable stop. The menu is pretty extensive, with plenty of options like chaos, mochas, lattes, matchas, etc. plus seasonal specials. I also love that they offer 12 oz iced drinks, which not every coffee shop does. I did end up ordering the 16 oz iced TLA miel, a rose and honey oat milk latte with cinnamon on top, but I swapped the rose for lavender. Absolutely delicious. There's also a cute little patio area where you can sit while you wait. It's conveniently close to the library and park too, so it's a perfect spot to grab a drink before or after a walk. Overall, I had such a great first experience here and will definitely be coming back. I would recommend it to anyone in the area.
