I got a great workout and had a lot of fun at the same time! The coach was friendly, patient and did a great job of explaining the moves and helped me adjust where I needed to. There was no high pressure sales tactics to get you to sign up but believe me, you will want to!

I love going to this gym. It is a very good workout and outlet for energy. It has many opportunities and different classes suited for your taste in levels of intensity.

Ive done martial arts in the past and I will say that this was the best class Ive went to, super fun and the coach was supportive, I will be back.
