I found a rental property through Facebook and Mir has been my property manager since I moved in. We have had our ups and downs but he’s an amazing property manager when you really get to know him. He has always managed to keep me updated with any repairs to the best of his ability (sometimes communication is bad between us but it’s not his fault) he has always helped me through any issues I’ve had. Especially being a subletter myself and just starting to understand the ropes on how that works. He has always been on my side and helped me when I had any issues with rent or the house itself. He makes sure his tenants are well looked after and calls you right back when he’s able to. Highly recommend this guy for your properties as he always makes sure to communicate with the head tenant well and is an absolute blast to be around, professional but very funny and caring guy. He has helped me manage subletting and repairs as well as renovation approvals to keep my house standing. Would definitely love sticking with him as a property manager

Poor communication and terrible fixtures, I was at one of the properties in Macquarie fields for 2 years. Through out my time there I have sent Mir and his team numerous SMS and emails to fix the sliding doors front and back and it was not lockable and. I thing was ever done. I remember once he responded and said he would send someone over to fix it and he did, however he sent an unprofessional that could not fix it. The whole time I was there the property was left unlocked and it was unsafe. When I first received the property it was uncleaned and dirty when he mentioned it was cleaned from the previous tenant. The condition report was not given until 2 months later when it was suppose to be given within 7 or 14 days of moving in. The property in Macquarie fields I moved into was connected to a main house and during my time there Mir had known that they would build a granny flat at the back but didn’t mention anything so essentially on the one land was 3 properties and is very congested. His communication was extremely poor and the way he deals with people can be very arrogant and ignorant. I would not deal with the Ark Agency or encourage anyone to do so regarding rentals.
